Location: The modern holiday complex is located on the kilometer-long, wide sand/pebble beach of Manavgat/Kizilagac. The distance to the provincial capital Manavgat is approx. 13 km and to Side about 15 km. Public minibus and taxi connections are available in front of the hotel.

Facilities: The extensive complex consists of a main building with 679 rooms, several Lake Houses with a total of 229 rooms, and the Aqua Zone building with 122 rooms. Facilities include a lobby with a reception and seating area, a main restaurant, several à la carte restaurants (one of the à la carte restaurants is included with a minimum stay of 7 nights; reservation required), various bars, a Turkish café, a patisserie, and a snack bar. Conference rooms are available, and Wi-Fi is free throughout the complex. There are also various shops and a hairdresser (both for a fee), and an indoor pool with a separate children's pool. The spacious and well-maintained garden area offers an amusement park, several freshwater swimming pools, and separate children's pools. A hotel-owned pier, the aquapark with various slides, pool and snack bars, and a sun terrace with loungers, sunshades, and cushions are available on the beach and in the aquapark.

Accommodation:

Double room: The rooms are located in the main building and are equipped with two single beds, seating area, laminate flooring, shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, air conditioning (centrally controlled), direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, safe, minibar with coffee/tea setup and balcony (D). Double room for single use (DE). Sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DM/DEM).

Family room: With otherwise identical equipment elements as the double rooms, these rooms have two bedrooms with a connecting door, one double bed and two single beds (DF2). Sea view can be booked at an additional charge (FM2).

Family suite: These rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms with a double bed, partly laminate or carpet flooring, and additionally feature a living area with a connecting door (2FS).

Lake House Double room: With similar amenities to the double rooms and located in the Lake House area with laminate or ceramic flooring. Optionally bookable on the 2nd floor (ALH) or 3rd floor (LHD). Single use (DE) is also available (LH1/LHE).

Double room with swim-up access: With similar amenities to the standard Lake House rooms, with direct access to the communal pool (SWD). Single use (DE) is also available (SWE). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children.

Therefore, for bookings of these room types, schauinsland-reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children for safety reasons.

Lake House Family room: With similar amenities to the family rooms in the Lake House area with laminate or ceramic flooring. Optionally bookable on the 2nd floor (LHF). Also bookable as a swim-up room at an additional charge (HLF).

Lake House Suite Swim Up: With similar amenities to the family suite rooms with laminate or ceramic flooring and direct access to the communal pool (LSF). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children.

Aqua Double room: The newly renovated rooms are located in the Aqua Zone and are equipped with two single beds, seating area, laminate flooring, shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, air conditioning (centrally controlled), direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, safe, minibar with coffee/tea setup and balcony (DA). Double room for single use (DEA).

Aqua Family room: These rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms. Partly laminate or carpet flooring and additionally feature a living area (2FA).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in buffet form (lunch and dinner include diet dishes and a children's corner). A late riser breakfast is also offered. With a minimum stay of 7 nights, dinner in one of the à la carte restaurants is included (drinks are served at the table). Snacks, coffee/tea, and cakes are available in the patisserie during the day. Drinks are included in the disco until 1 am. A selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are available around the clock at the bars. The minibar is refilled daily with soft drinks and beer.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Further use of the à la carte restaurants. Some premium drinks.

Sports included: Fitness center, 2 hard tennis courts (reservation required), boccia, darts, badminton, step, aerobics, as well as morning gymnastics, water gymnastics and water polo, basketball, beach volleyball/volleyball, table tennis, and Pilates.

Sports for a fee: Floodlights for the football field and tennis courts, tennis racket rental, billiards, and bowling are available for a fee.

Entertainment: Daytime animation with games and competitions, evening entertainment programs, occasional live music, and special theme nights.

Wellness: Turkish bath, sauna, and steam bath are included.

Children's program: Hourly mini club for children aged 4 to 12, in high season a junior club for ages 13 to 17, evening mini disco, and a playground. Buggy rental is available on request for a fee.

Hotel service: Beach pavilions, room service, telephone and fax charges, laundry and doctor's services, as well as massages and treatments in the spa area are available for a fee.
