Location: The holiday residence is located in the Okurcalar/Karaburun holiday region, directly on the expansive pebble/sand beach. The towns of Side (approx. 25 km) and Alanya (approx. 35 km) are easily accessible by public minibuses or taxi (taxi stand in front of the hotel) via the coastal road that runs above the hotel.

Accommodation: The beach hotel, newly renovated in winter 25/26, is expected to open its doors at the beginning of April 2026 under the new hotel name "Calido Sol Hotel" and has a total of 247 rooms on five floors (lifts available). The various hotel facilities include an elegant lobby with reception, lobby bar and inviting seating areas, a buffet restaurant with terrace, two à-la-carte restaurants (subject to reservation and availability, once per stay included), various shops, a hairdresser (each for a fee), a conference room, and several bars. An indoor pool (seasonal) and a wellness area are also available. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel area and in the rooms. In the beautifully landscaped garden, you will find the freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, three water slides (by the hour), sun terrace, sunbathing area, and pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, bath towels, and parasols are included for our guests at the pool and on the beach.

Exclusive amenities for our guests in the booking period 22.1.-7.2.26 and travel period 15.5.-31.5.26:

Accommodation:

Superior double room land view: The newly renovated rooms are freshly furnished and consist of one room (one double and one single bed). Amenities include shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually controlled), minibar, safe, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV, laminate flooring, and a balcony with land view (DSU/DS7). DR=SR for single use (DSE/1SD/DEA).

Superior double room side sea view: With similar features to the "Superior land view rooms", these feature a side sea view (D2S). DR=SR for single use (DSI).

Superior double room side sea view Type A: With similar features to the "Superior land view rooms", but slightly more spacious, with side sea view; the fourth person receives an extra bed (DAS).

Superior double room side sea view Type B: With the same features as the "Superior room Type A", available in limited numbers for families with a maximum of 2 children (DSB).

Family suite sea view: The family suites have similar features to the "Superior room side sea view Type A", consist of two rooms (two double and one single bed are available), and have a direct sea view (2FM).

Large double room side sea view: With similar features to the "Superior room Type A", these are slightly more spacious and have a sofa bed (2SX).

Super saver room: With similar features to the superior rooms, however, these have one double bed and are slightly smaller with a land view (SSZ). DR=SR for single use (SSE). Available for booking at better rates at certain times as DR=SR (ESX).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast, afternoon snacks as well as coffee/tea and pastries. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10:00 AM to 2:30 AM at the respective open bars included. Daily minibar refill with a bottle of still water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Imported drinks, cocktails, and fresh juices.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive (Summer 26): Imported drinks, certain cocktails outside of the concept, and fresh juices.

Sports included: Table tennis, small fitness room.

Entertainment: Regular light animation programs with games, competitions, and evening shows.

Wellness: Sauna and Turkish bath are included. Massages and other treatments for a fee.

Children's program: Multilingual miniclub for children aged 4 to 12 years with hourly supervision, playground
