Location: The holiday resort is located directly on the steep sand/pebble beach of Kizilagac. A bathing jetty (from May 15th to October 15th, weather permitting) makes it easier to enter the sea. Manavgat is about 10 km away, Side is 15 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are located near the hotel.

Facilities: The family-friendly hotel complex is spread over a 40,000 m² property and consists of a six-story main building and 28 lake houses with a total of 485 rooms (several elevators available). The hotel facilities include the elegant reception hall with a reception, lobby bar and comfortable seating areas, the buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (May 1st - October 31st, once per minimum seven-night stay with reservation and subject to availability from May), various bars, a disco, the indoor pool with a children's pool, hairdresser, shops, and a well-equipped wellness center (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in the complex and in the rooms. The beautifully landscaped garden area with a swimming pool, sun terraces, pool/snackbar, and a separate children's pool offers plenty of space to relax. In the vicinity of the lake houses, the aquapark with six water slides (hourly) provides fun for swimming. Sun loungers, umbrellas, cushions, and beach towels are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach (beach bar and bathing jetty).

Accommodation:

Double Room: The modern rooms are located in the main building and have a bath/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, LCD satellite TV, minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, direct dial telephone, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM). DZ=EZ for single use (DE/DEM).

Family Room Comfort: With similar amenities to the double rooms, they additionally feature a second sleeping area (with connecting door), split air conditioning, laminate and ceramic flooring, and pool or garden view (FC2).

Family Room Sea View: Located in the main building, these rooms have two sleeping areas (two sofa beds) with a sliding door and sea view (F2M), otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms.

Lake House Swim-Up Double Room: These rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms and are located in the annex building. The rooms are on the ground floor and have pool/garden views and direct access to the communal pool (LHS). Double room for single use (LH1). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk to small children.

Therefore, for safety reasons, schauinsland-reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Lake House Double Room: These rooms have otherwise identical amenities, location, and size to the Swim-Up Double Rooms and do not have direct access to the pool (LHD). Double room for single use (LHE). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk to small children.

Lake House Swim-Up Family Room: With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are larger with two additional bunk beds or two sofa beds for two children, as well as access to the communal pool (LHF). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk to small children.

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Rich buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Turkish and international snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, midnight snack, and diet buffets for lunch and dinner. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the bars, in the disco, and at the Innavador Bar. The minibar is stocked daily with soft drinks, beer, still water, and mineral water.

Sports included: Table tennis, beach volleyball, mini football, fitness room, boccia, darts, and aerobics.

Sports for a fee: Mini football with floodlights.

Entertainment: From May to October: Day and evening entertainment with sports activities and competitions, evening shows, and an open-air disco.

Wellness: Steam bath, sauna, and Turkish bath are included. All treatments and facilities in the beauty center are subject to a fee.

Children's program: PUPPIES WORLD for toddlers from 4-8 years old and for older children from 9-12 years old.
