Location: This expansive holiday resort boasts a prime location directly on the beautiful sandy/pebble beach of Kizilagac. A few shops and entertainment venues are located in the immediate vicinity. The lively centre of Manavgat is approximately 10 km away, and the charming historic old town of Side is about 15 km away. Public minibus connections ensure easy access. Antalya Airport is around 70 km away, and the city of Antalya is about 81 km away.

Facilities: The newly built resort hotel, belonging to the renowned Seaden chain, offers a total of 377 rooms spread across an eight-storey main building. Guests are warmly welcomed upon entering the spacious lobby with reception, stylish seating areas, lobby bar, elevators, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. For culinary variety, there is the main restaurant with a terrace, several à la carte restaurants (one visit per week included for stays of 7 nights or more, with reservation), a cozy patisserie, as well as various bars and a disco bar. Amenities include a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, tea/coffee setup, safe, tiled floor, and a balcony with direct sea view (DDM).

Double Room Swim-up: The elegant Swim-Up rooms (approx. 28 sqm) feature a double bed or two single beds, walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, tea/coffee setup, safe, tiled floor, balcony with 2 sun loungers, and direct access to the communal pool of this room category with pool view (SWD). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen has set a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types for children.

Deluxe Double Room Swim-up: The luxurious Deluxe Double Swim-Up rooms (approx. 40 sqm) offer a double bed and a seating area, walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, tea/coffee setup, safe, tiled floor, as well as pool view, balcony with 2 sun loungers, and direct access to the communal pool of this category (DWU). Family Room: The spacious family rooms (approx. 55 sqm) consist of two separate bedrooms with an connecting door. One room is equipped with a double bed, the other with two single beds. All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served at the varied and extensive buffets. Snacks are available 24 hours a day in the patisserie, with coffee, tea, and cakes in the afternoon, as well as an ice cream hour. At the open bars, a wide selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as selected imported drinks, are included around the clock. The minibar is refilled daily with water, soft drinks, and beer.
