Location: The impressive holiday resort, located in the middle of the shade-providing Sorgun forest, is situated directly on its own sand/pebble beach. The town of Side or Manavgat is approximately 6 km away. Taxi and public minibus connections in both directions are available nearby.

Facilities: The holiday resort features 299 rooms. The interior design consists of a reception area with a front desk and comfortable seating. Wi-Fi is included in public areas and in the rooms. Other facilities include a main restaurant, several bars, various à la carte restaurants (subject to prior reservation and availability; some a la carte restaurants included once per week with reservation, Chef’s Kitchen is available for a fee), as well as a hairdresser and various shops (each for a fee). In the outdoor area, there is a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's and baby pool, the Palomaqua aquapark with 19 water slides for young and old (12 slides for adults, 7 slides for children, Splash World, open by the hour/weather permitting), and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are included here and at the beach; daybeds and cabanas are available for a fee.

Accommodation:

Studio: These rooms are approximately 42 m² and feature a French bed as well as a sofa bed, shower/WC, air conditioning (central/weather dependent), minibar, direct-dial telephone, Wi-Fi, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, coffee/tea setup, tiled floor, safe, and a balcony (S12). DZ=EZ for single use (S11). Rooms with a terrace and direct pool access are available at an additional cost (2PC).

Family Suite: The suites feature the same amenities as the double rooms but are slightly larger (approx. 52 m²) with a separate living/bedroom, balcony, and land view (2FS). Rooms with a terrace (2FT) and rooms with a sea view and balcony (2FM) are available at an additional cost.

Family Suite Swim Up: With the same amenities and layout as the family rooms, these suites have direct pool access and a terrace (2PF). Rooms with a sea view can be booked at an additional cost as Family Suite Type A (ASF). Children are only permitted from 6 years of age.

Large Family Suite: These feature two bedrooms (approx. 74 m²) and two showers/WC; otherwise, they are equipped like the family rooms with a balcony (FAG). Rooms with a terrace are available at an additional cost (AFG).

Suite (Summer 2026): Similar in design to the family suite and feature a balcony. Occupancy of max 2+2 or 3+0 (S2)

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner (organic food available depending on the season) in buffet form, continental late-riser breakfast, Turkish and international snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream at certain times, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and some imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Refreshments, fruits, and snacks for a light appetite are served at certain times by the pool and at the beach. Your minibar is restocked daily with soft drinks, water, and beer.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Further imported drinks, some wine varieties, and Chefs' Kitchen.

Sports included: 3 quartz tennis courts with your own equipment, beach volleyball, darts, step, stretching, yoga, bocce, and table tennis.

Sports for a fee: Rental of tennis rackets and balls, tennis lessons, and floodlighting. Additionally, there are 2 padel courts available. These are located in the neighboring Paloma Orenda and are available to guests of Paloma Finesse upon reservation.

Entertainment: Daytime entertainment with sports and games, evening entertainment programs, and occasional live music. DJ performance from 11 PM to 1 AM at the beach.

Wellness: Turkish bath and sauna are included. Massages as well as all treatments and other facilities in the spa are available for a fee.

Children's program: Multilingual miniclub for children from 4 to 12 years with hourly supervision, playground, and mini-disco. Teenager club (13-16 years) available from June 1st to October 31st. Babysitting service available upon reservation and for a fee.
