Location: Your hotel is located in the Incekum-Avsallar district, directly on the sandy beach. The city of Alanya is approx. 23 km away. Numerous shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, about 2 km away in Avsallar. Public minibus connections and taxis are available.

Facilities: The holiday complex offers a total of 355 rooms spread across seven floors. Among the many amenities for a carefree holiday are the spacious lobby with reception, elevators, inviting seating areas, and lobby bar. Also featured are the main restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (some for a fee and with prior reservation), several bars, and a disco. Various shops, a hairdresser (both for a fee), conference rooms, and the beautiful spa area with indoor pool (open in winter season). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. In the well-kept garden, you will find a spacious freshwater swimming pool with three water slides (operating at certain hours), a pool for adults, a separate children's pool with a slide, sun terraces, and a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included here and at the sea.

Accommodation:

Double Room: The rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, kettle, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (individual), minibar, LCD/LED TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, balcony, and land view (D). Rooms with sea view or side sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DMS/DM). DZ=SZ for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Double Room Superior: These rooms offer the same amenities as the double rooms and have a different design. Maximum occupancy 2+0 (DSU).

Family Room: With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, these consist of two rooms with a connecting door and are located on the land side (DF2).

Swim Up Family Room: The rooms, designed in a maisonette style, feature a partially open shower/WC, hairdryer, kettle, direct dial telephone, air conditioning, minibar, LCD/LED TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, balcony or terrace, and direct access to the pool (FSU). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types for children.

Super Saver Room: Identical to the double rooms, but in a less desirable location and without a balcony (SOZ).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the extensive buffet, late riser's breakfast, various snacks, patisserie, ice cream hour, and midnight snack throughout the day. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Your minibar is stocked with water, mineral water, coffee, and tea upon arrival and is refilled once daily.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Various imported beverages.

Sports included: Fitness room, beach volleyball, darts, table tennis, water aerobics, yoga, and water polo.

Entertainment: Live music and various shows in the evenings.

Wellness: All treatments and facilities in the spa and wellness area are subject to a fee.

Children's program: Mini club for children aged 4 to 11 (closed on Sundays) and a playground.
