Location: Located directly on the gently sloping sandy beach of the Incekum-Fuğla holiday area. The city of Alanya is approx. 20 km away, public minibus connections and taxis are available. Various restaurants and bars are located along the beach in summer; the village of Avsallar, about 2 km away, offers shopping facilities.

Facilities: The comfortable holiday complex with an international clientele has a total of 872 rooms spread across six buildings with three to five floors each (lifts available in four buildings). Facilities include two buffet restaurants, an à la carte restaurant (for a fee, subject to availability/advance booking, open from May 15th to October 15th), two indoor pools with whirlpools (open during the winter season), a reading room, and a satellite TV room for entertainment. Various shops, a hairdresser, and the game hall are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is free in the hotel buildings and many areas of the complex, as well as in the rooms. Five large freshwater swimming pools with sun terraces, five children's pools, and pool/snack bars, as well as the Lonicera aquapark (open on hourly basis from April 15th to October 15th) with 19 water slides are located in the beautifully maintained garden. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach.

Accommodation:

Double room: The comfortably furnished rooms, approx. 24 m², are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), mini-fridge, kettle, satellite TV with music channel, safe, tiled and laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE).

Family room: With similar furnishings and location to the double rooms, these consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door and are approx. 44 m² (DF2).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries at specific times in the afternoon, 24-hour patisserie, ice cream hour. Various sweets and midnight snack (May 15th to October 15th). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included from 10:30 AM to 2:30 AM at the bars that are open. Your mini-fridge is refilled daily with water and mineral water. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Bottled drinks and freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast.

Sports included: Two artificial grass tennis courts, tennis racket rental, volleyball, basketball, darts, table tennis, and professional fitness center (ages 16 and up), water polo, boccia, and aerobics.

Sports for a fee: Billiards, table football, and floodlights for the tennis courts.

Entertainment: Varied animation during the day (six times a week) with sports and games, and various entertainment programs in the evening.

Wellness: Sauna, Turkish bath, and steam bath are included. Massages and other treatments are available for a fee.

Children's program: Multilingual mini-club for children aged 4 to 12 with hourly supervision and daily evening animation, mini-disco, and playground. Trampoline and nursery with supervision (each for a fee). Teenage club for ages 12 to 17. Baby cots are available free of charge upon request.

Hotel service: For a fee: telephone and fax charges, laundry service, pavilion and medical care, and stroller rental subject to availability.
