Location: The modern comfort hotel is located in Incekum/Türkler, approx. 22 km west of Alanya town centre. The narrow, gently sloping public sandy beach is about 100 m from the hotel. In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous shops, restaurants, and bars offering variety. Public minibus and taxi services are available directly on the main road.

Facilities: The popular hotel complex consists of seven six-storey buildings (lifts available) with a total of 443 rooms. In the main building, guests have access to the elegant reception hall with reception and lobby bar, another bar, various à la carte restaurants (reservations required approx. 1-2 days in advance, use of an à la carte restaurant incurs a service charge), the disco, an indoor pool with a separate children's pool, and a well-equipped wellness centre. The main restaurant with a terrace is located on the ground floor of the main building. Several shops, a hairdresser, and conference rooms are available (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area and rooms. The well-maintained outdoor area features several freshwater swimming pools with children's pools, a pool/snackbar, a relaxation pool, and four water slides (operates at certain hours). Sun loungers and umbrellas are included for our guests at the pool and on the beach. Beach towels are available free of charge. The approx. 30,000 m² "Park Alaiye" can be reached via an underpass (operates from May 1st to September 30th). Here, another pool with water slides, a children's pool, a children's/snack restaurant, and a flatbread house are available free of charge. There is also a greenhouse to see.

Accommodation:

Double Room: The tastefully furnished rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, kettle, safe, air conditioning (individually adjustable), laminate or tiled flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Family Room: Consists of a living/sleeping area (equipped with two fold-out sofa beds that can be converted into beds) and a separate bedroom (with two single beds or one double bed) with a connecting door. Same amenities as the double rooms, but with two air conditioning units, two minibar fridges, and two TVs, plus one shower/WC and a separate WC (DF2).

Junior Suite: The elegant Junior Suites, approx. 46 sqm, feature an orthopedic double bed, shower/WC, individually adjustable split air conditioning, safe, minibar (daily refill with soft drinks), kettle, satellite TV, and telephone (JS2)

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner, late riser breakfast, snacks available throughout the day, coffee/tea with pastries in the afternoon, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the open bars. Your minibar will be stocked daily with soft drinks.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Imported drinks and freshly squeezed juices.

Sports included: Table tennis, darts, boccia, fitness room, and game room (backgammon, chess, etc.). In summer, tennis on a hard court during the day, rental of tennis rackets and balls (against deposit), beach volleyball, and basketball.

Sports for a fee: Billiards and table football.

Entertainment: Daytime light animation with sports and games, as well as evening programs.

Wellness: Turkish bath, sauna, and steam bath (summer) are included. Massages and other facilities and treatments in the spa and wellness area are available for a fee.

Children's program: Hourly mini club for children aged 4-12, for children under 4 accompanied by parents, children's playground, various activities for teenagers (12-17 years), mini disco. Stroller rental available for a fee and with advance reservation.

Hotel service: Game room, telephone and fax charges, laundry and doctor services (each for a fee).
