Location: This comfortable resort, catering to the highest demands, is located directly on a total of 800 m of beach (Long Beach with 400 m of fine pebble beach, a 30 m sandy beach for children, and the 200 m Tangerine Beach, plus a private bay with pebble-sand beach) in the resort of Kiris. Shops are available nearby, and the centre of Kemer is approximately 6 km away. Public transport is available.

Facilities: The exclusive hotel of the Maxx Royal chain, known for its concept of luxury and comfort, offers a total of 291 suites spread across a four-story main building with elevators, several residential buildings, a lagoon area, residence buildings, and villas, all attractively integrated into the park-like grounds. In the impressive lobby, guests are warmly welcomed with special welcome cocktails and special drinks for children by the holiday assistant, professionally checked in, and escorted to their rooms. Guests arriving early or departing late can relax in the Private Lounge (included), where they can enjoy their holiday until the last moment in private rooms with a seating area, TV, shower, and safe, or relax upon early arrival. The special atmosphere of this exceptional resort is reflected in its many amenities, including various à la carte restaurants (included), fine dining à la carte restaurants (for a service charge, with advance reservation), a patisserie, and an à la carte restaurant open around the clock with international dishes and a children's menu (free to use without reservation). Additionally, there are various bars, exclusive shops, a hairdresser and kiosk (each for a fee), an ultramodern semi-Olympic indoor pool, and a heated outdoor seawater pool, as well as a professional spa area. High-speed Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel. In the spacious garden, you will find the generous pool landscape with a main pool and a separately heated outdoor children's pool, a lagoon pool, and private pools accessible to guests from the Beach Villa and Presidential Villa. The aquapark with various slides (only for ages 10 and up) and the separate children's animation pool is another highlight. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included around the pools, in the aquapark, and on the beach with its beach bar.

Accommodation:

Suite approx. 100 m² including balcony: The spacious suites in the main building, with exclusive furnishings, feature bathrooms with two sinks, shower and whirlpool/WC, bathrobes and slippers (also for children), hairdryer, scale, cosmetic mirror, a dressing room, and a bedroom with a seating area and direct-dial telephone, high-speed Wi-Fi, safe, Maxxibar, coffee/tea setup, Nespresso set, LCD TV, media hub, air conditioning (individually controlled), ceramic flooring, and a balcony with sun loungers and land view (S2). Sea view is bookable at an extra charge (S2M). For solo travelers, the room can be booked as a double room for single use (S1/S1M). The wellness concept also includes an arrangement of green apples upon arrival, a pillow selection, room fragrance menu, and turndown service in the evening.

Royal Family Suite approx. 185 m² including terrace (Summer 2025): Located in the Royal Suite Family blocks with garden view, these suites offer similar amenities to the standard suites but include a living room, one bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds, a dressing room, two bathrooms with shower/WC, and a spacious terrace with a whirlpool (2FS). Sea view is bookable at an extra charge (2FM).

Maxx Lagoon Villa: These rooms offer approximately 150m² of space (including terrace) with direct access to the pool. One room is equipped with a double bed, and the other room has a sofa bed. There is also a dressing room and a whirlpool on the terrace (V2). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons concerning children, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.

All Inclusive:

(Maxx) Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served à la carte in the themed restaurants of the restaurant street. Other main meals and snacks can be enjoyed in the à la carte restaurant with a children's menu and a "Hip" baby food corner (international dishes). Fruit and drink service is available at the pool and beach. Homemade pralines made from Belgian chocolate are served at the Chocolatier. Coffee/tea, pastries, and ice cream are available at Le Melange Patisserie. Additionally, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, fresh fruit and vegetable juices, some imported drinks, and luxury spirits are served 24 hours a day at the open bars. The minibar is replenished daily with water, still water, soft drinks, wine, beer, chocolate, chips, nuts, chocolate wafers, milk, and cocoa.

Not included in (Maxx) Ultra All Inclusive: Further luxury spirits and imported drinks, as well as sparkling wine.

Sports included: Tennis and equipment on the hard courts, Padel tennis, professional fitness room, table tennis, aerobics, darts, basketball, Pilates, yoga classes, water aerobics, and beach volleyball, bocce, and windsurfing for experienced individuals with a license.

Sports for a fee: Tennis lessons and rental of professional tennis equipment, as well as floodlights, private fitness classes, diving and swimming lessons, pedal boat, bicycle rental, and various water sports activities on the hotel beach.

Entertainment: Daytime sports and games with the animation team, dance classes, PlayStation, and in the evenings, shows, party nights, and live music.

Wellness: Relax in the modern spa area. The detox bar, Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, tepidarium, salt room, sauna, whirlpool, bio sauna, and snow fountain are free of charge. Various massages and other treatments and facilities are available for a fee.

Children's program: The "Maxxi Land" offers superlative activities for children aged 1 to 17, divided into different age groups, with games, fun, and creative offerings. It includes a sleeping room, children's cinema, electronic games, VR games, a children's restaurant, Hipp baby food, and children's menus in the à la carte restaurants. There is a separate children's pool in the outdoor area or indoor pool, depending on the season. Babysitting is available in "Maxxi Land" from 9 am to 2 am, included upon request. Strollers and baby monitors are available for a deposit. Private babysitting is available for a fee.
