Location: Your holiday destination is located directly on the long pebble/sand beach of Kemer-Kiris. The hotel is also situated on a main road. Antalya city is about 44 km away and Antalya airport is approx. 65 km from the beach hotel. Public minibuses and taxis are available on the nearby main road.

Facilities: Summer:

The tastefully furnished, five-story complex has a total of 401 rooms, spread across the main building and several two- to five-story annex buildings. The hotel facilities include a beautiful lobby with a reception area and seating groups, elevators, Wi-Fi is included here and in the rooms, a buffet restaurant, two à la carte restaurants (for a fee), various bars, a patisserie, a disco, a TV corner, and an indoor pool. Shops, conference rooms, and a hairdresser are available for a fee. The well-maintained outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool with a children's pool, a small water park with four slides (open at certain hours), as well as a sun terrace and pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are included for our guests here and on the beach.

Winter:

- only one à la carte restaurant is open (for a fee)

- the children's pool and water park with slides will be heated

Accommodation:

Double Room: The beautiful rooms are located in the annex buildings and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, safe, LCD satellite TV, mini-fridge, air conditioning (operates at certain hours, centrally controlled), laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Double room for single use (DE).

Double Room Type A: With the same amenities, these rooms are located in the main building with a bath/WC and a land view (DA). Sea view can be booked at an additional cost (DM). Double room for single use (DEA/DEM).

Superior Double Room: These rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms and additionally feature a double bed and a sofa bed or 3 single beds (at the hotelier's discretion), bathrobe service, one complimentary à la carte restaurant use, a fruit basket, and wine upon arrival (2CE). Double room for single use (1CD).

Superior Family Room: These rooms are located in the main building and, with the same amenities as the family rooms, feature two bedrooms, each with a shower/WC in a duplex style, as well as bathrobe service, fruit and sparkling wine upon arrival, and allow for one complimentary use of an à la carte restaurant (FC2).

Duplex Family Room: These rooms consist of two areas, in a duplex style, and otherwise have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, with two shower/WC facilities (DUP).

All Inclusive:

All Inclusive (Winter): Buffet breakfast, late riser breakfast, buffet for lunch and dinner, pastries in the patisserie during the day, as well as a small midnight buffet with soup, salad, snacks, fruits, and dessert. There is also a children's buffet (for 15 or more children) at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and bottle warmers, sterilizers, microwaves, and blenders are available during the day. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 9 AM to midnight at the open bars. Your minibar will be stocked daily with soft drinks and water.

Not included in All Inclusive: Premium drinks, foreign alcoholic beverages, special local and imported wines, sparkling wines, bottled beverages, energy drinks, fresh fruit juices, and drinks after midnight.

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer): Buffet breakfast, late riser breakfast, buffet for lunch and dinner, pastries, ice cream, and waffles in the patisserie during the day, as well as a small midnight buffet with soup, salad, snacks, fruits, and dessert. There is also a children's buffet (for 15 or more children) at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and bottle warmers, sterilizers, microwaves, and blenders are available during the day. Various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported beverages, are included from 9 AM to 2 AM at the open bars. Your minibar will be stocked daily with soft drinks, water, beer, and fruit juice, and milk for our younger guests.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Premium drinks, special local and imported wines, and champagne, bottled beverages, and fresh fruit juices.

Sports included: Two hard tennis courts, tennis equipment (deposit required), fitness center, table tennis, and darts.

Sports for a fee: Billiards and floodlights for the tennis courts.

Entertainment: Daytime entertainment with games and sports, evening entertainment with various shows and occasional live music.

Wellness: Turkish bath, whirlpool, and sauna (by reservation) are included. Massages and other treatments are available for a fee.

Children's program: Daytime, part-time mini club for children aged 4 to 7 and midi club for children aged 8 to 11. Children under 4 years of age can also participate in the mini club program under parental supervision.
