Location: The hotel is located directly on its own sand/pebble beach (partially rocky, bathing shoes recommended) in Türkler. Numerous shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The center of Avsallar is approx. 1 km away, Alanya, with its numerous shopping and entertainment options, is approx. 18 km away. Taxis and public transport are available.

Facilities: The luxurious hotel has 250 rooms spread over six floors. The reception area features comfortable seating and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex free of charge. Facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (one included with a minimum stay of 7 nights, reservations required), several bars, shops and a hairdresser (both at a charge), as well as conference rooms and an indoor pool (heated seasonally). The outdoor area features a large freshwater swimming pool, separate children's pool with two water slides, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included here and at the beach with a beach bar.

Accommodation:

Double Room Land View: The rooms, approximately 32 m² in size, offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, central heating/air conditioning, safe, minibar, satellite TV, telephone, and balcony. They are equipped with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and are suitable for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child (D). Available for families with children with a maximum occupancy of 2+1 (DC) or 2+2 (DB).

Double Room Side Sea View: Same amenities as the Double Rooms Land View, with side sea view (DMS). Sea view is bookable at an additional charge (DM). Double Room for single occupancy (DES/DEM). Available in limited numbers and at special rates during the early season (AMS).

Deluxe Double Room: These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms, plus special privileges, free "Mary Alanya Club Benefit," and a 25% discount on à la carte dining. For stays of 14 nights or more: one breakfast served in the room, 50% discount on laundry service (DD2). Double room for single occupancy (DD1). Available in limited numbers and at special rates for single occupancy during the early season (1TA/EDB/CD1).

Large Double Room: With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are approximately 45 m² and feature one double bed and two single beds, facing the land side (D2X). Side sea view is bookable at an additional charge (2SX). (Also bookable under AYTA82 as a double room for 2 adults + 2 children (2KD)).

Economy Room: With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are located in a less desirable position (SSZ). Available in limited numbers and at special rates for single occupancy during the early season (SSE/ESX).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served from an extensive buffet, plus late risers' breakfast and midnight buffet. Various snacks, coffee/tea, cakes, and ice cream are available throughout the day. One dinner per stay in one of the à la carte restaurants (reservation required). Some imported drinks, cocktails, and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open. Your minibar will be stocked with soft drinks, mineral water upon arrival, and still water daily.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Other imported drinks, selected cocktails, and fresh fruit juices.

Sports included: Fitness room, table tennis, and darts.

Sports for a fee: Various water sports activities offered by third-party providers on the beach.

Entertainment: Daytime games and sports activities, evening shows, occasional pier parties, and live music.
