Location: You can easily reach the extensive sand/pebble beach via the hotel's own underpass, which is approximately 50 m away. The distance to Alanya is approx. 15 km and to Side it is about 45 km. Taxis and public minibus connections are available in front of the hotel.

Facilities: The comfort hotel has a total of 1020 rooms, spread across the seven-story main building and the six-story annex building (six elevators available), 24 wooden family chalets, and twelve two-story villa buildings (48 rooms) with their own pool area and sun terraces in the garden. The various hotel facilities include the impressive reception hall with a seating area and lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with a terrace (weather permitting), five different specialty restaurants (for a fee), some of them in the beach area (subject to availability with prior reservation, weather permitting, three of which are open from May 1st), several bars, and an open-air disco (weather permitting). The game hall, several shops, mini-market, hairdresser (each for a fee), a well-equipped spa and wellness center, and the modern indoor pool (seasonal). Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The well-kept outdoor area features a spacious freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace and a separate children's pool with a water slide (hourly) and a pirate ship with water slides, as well as a pool/snackbar and the private villa pool area. Here, as well as on the beach, sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels (available with a beach towel card) are provided free of charge for all guests. In the elaborately designed beach area (weather permitting), in addition to the beach/snackbar, there is a saltwater swimming pool (weather permitting, from May 1st) and an aquapark with nine water slides (hourly), as well as a pirate ship with water slides for children and another aquapark for children and two fantastic sunbathing piers (weather permitting). The waterfall pool is heated (weather permitting) at the hotelier's discretion.

Accommodation:

Double Room: The rooms are comfortably furnished with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, minibar, satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (DA). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an extra charge (DM). DZ=EZ for single use (DEA/DEM). These rooms are located in both the main and annex buildings.

Super Saver Room: Are identical to the double rooms with land view and without a balcony (SOZ). DZ=EZ for single use (SOE).

Double Room Swim Up: The rooms are located in the annex building and have a shower/WC and direct pool access via stairs, with the same amenities as the double rooms. For safety reasons, these rooms are only bookable with children aged 6 and over (SWD).

Duplex Family Room: Also located in the main building, these rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but consist of two rooms on two levels (with an connecting door), linked by a staircase (maisonette style) (DF2). Rooms with a sea view are also available at an additional charge (F2M).

Villa Suites: Located in the two-story villa buildings (upper or lower floor at the hotelier's discretion) and, with the same amenities as the double rooms, they also feature an additional separate bedroom, two bathrooms, also with minibar, satellite TV and air conditioning, and pool view (VB2).

Duplex Family Suite (Suite Type A): Similar amenities to the family rooms, consisting of two bedrooms and two bathrooms/WC, 60 to 75 m², with an LED TV in each room. These rooms are located in the main building (SA).

Super Saver Room Type B (AYTB13): These are all without a balcony (SZB/SZE). These rooms are located in the Harmony or Resort building.

Superior Room: Are identical to the double rooms, approx. 33 m², with land view (DSU). Sea view is available at an additional charge (DMU). DZ=EZ for single use (DSE/DME). These rooms are located in the main building. DZ=EZ for single use (DSE/DME).

Double Room Type A: Similar amenities to the double rooms in the main building (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Double Room Type B: With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms can be located in either the main building or the villa buildings (DB).

Family Room Type A: Similar amenities to the family rooms in the main building (2FA). These rooms are located in the annex building and have 2 bedrooms with a connecting door and a bunk bed for children.

Family Room Type B: Similar amenities to family rooms with a bunk bed. These rooms are located in the Harmony annex building and have two bedrooms with a connecting door and a bunk bed for children. The maximum room occupancy is 4 people (2FB).

Double Room Type C (AYTB13): With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, these are located either in the main building or in the Harmony building (DC/DEC).

Sea view is also available at an additional charge (MCB/DCE).

With limited availability and a special price, also bookable as a Saver Room Type C (SZC).

Family Room Type C: Similar amenities to family rooms with a bunk bed. These rooms are located in the Harmony annex building and have 2 bedrooms with a connecting door and a bunk bed for children. The maximum room capacity is 5 guests (2FC).

Double Room Pool Access (AYTB13): The rooms are approximately 49 m², located in the annex building, and are spread over two levels connected by a staircase. The rooms offer access to the communal pool via stairs (PO2).

Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style, late riser's breakfast, Turkish and international snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, ice cream hour, and midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported beverages, are included between 10 AM and 2 AM at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with still water, mineral water, and soft drinks upon arrival and is refilled daily with mineral water and still water. Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Other imported drinks, bottled wine and beer, water pipe. All meals in the specialty restaurants. All alcoholic beverages from 2 AM to 8 AM.

Sports included: One hard tennis court during the day with own equipment, table tennis, fitness room, aerobics, water aerobics, water polo, and beach volleyball.

Sports for a fee: Tennis in the evening with floodlights, rental of tennis rackets and balls, table football, and billiards.

Entertainment: Varied daytime and evening animation program.

Wellness: Turkish bath and sauna are included. Massages and other facilities and treatments in the spa and wellness center are available for a fee.

Children's program: Hourly multilingual mini-club for children aged 4-12, playground, luna park (three hours daily with daily breaks included). Babysitting available upon request and for a fee. Baby cots are available free of charge upon request.
