Location: The hotel complex is located approx. 650 m from the sea on the other side of the main road to Antalya. A free shuttle service is available. The extensive sandy/pebble beach can be reached via an underpass. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel. 110 km.

Facilities: The modern complex has a total of 780 rooms spread across 9 floors. Amenities include a reception hall with reception and lobby (Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area), elevators, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants, several bars, a conference room, an indoor pool (Nov 1 - Mar 31), a hairdresser, and various shops. The spacious garden area features a large pool landscape with a sun terrace, an aquapark, and a pool/snackbar. Sunbeds, umbrellas, and beach towels are free of charge by the pool and on the beach.

Accommodation:

Double room: The modernly furnished rooms offer a shower/toilet, hairdryer, central air conditioning (hourly), safe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV with music channel, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi (for a fee), laminate flooring, and a balcony (D/bookable under DI at certain times and under special conditions). Rooms with a pool view can be booked for an additional charge (PD/bookable under PID at certain times and under special conditions). DZ=EZ for single occupancy. Rooms with land or pool view for single use can also be booked under DEI (land view) or PIE (pool view) at certain times and under special conditions. Double rooms with land or pool view are available for families with children in limited numbers and at more favorable conditions for a maximum occupancy of 2+2 (land view: D2X/DA, pool view: APD).

Family room: With the same amenities as the double rooms, these consist of two separate bedrooms with a sliding door (DF2). Pool view available for an additional charge (FP2).

Super Saver Room: With similar amenities to the double rooms, but in a less desirable location with a land view (SSZ). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (SSE).

Double Room Swim Up: These rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms, but are approx. 46 m² in size and feature two rooms with one double bed and three single beds. They also have direct access to the communal pool (APD). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children.

Therefore, for safety reasons for children, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.

Meals:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet. Afternoon snacks, coffee/tea, and pastries at the patisserie, as well as ice cream hour. Option to have dinner in one of the à la carte restaurants once per week's stay (subject to availability and prior reservation). Various local alcoholic and some imported drinks, as well as non-alcoholic drinks, served from 8 am to 2 am at the bars that are open. Your minibar is stocked with mineral water, soft drinks, and still water upon arrival and is refilled with water daily thereafter. Wearing an all-inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Imported drinks and freshly squeezed fruit juices, game hall, internet corner, as well as room, laundry, and doctor's services.

Sports included: (subject to availability): Fitness room (ages 18+), table tennis, and darts.

Entertainment: Daytime sports and games, and evening entertainment shows.

Wellness: Turkish bath and sauna are included. Massages and other treatments are available for a fee.

Children's program: Multilingual kids' club for children aged 4-12 during the day, playground, separate children's pool.
