Location: The hotel complex is located directly on the long shingle/sand beach of Lara. The provincial capital Antalya is approx. 12 km away, and the airport is approx. 10 km away. Public bus connections and taxis are available near the hotel.

The luxurious holiday resort of the well-known Barut hotel chain is located on a 135,000 m² plot in the tourism region of Lara. The comfort hotel has a total of 468 rooms of various types, which are distributed across the main building, garden buildings (lifts available in each), and the Lagoon section. The many hotel facilities include the modern lobby with reception, cozy seating areas (Wi-Fi is included in all hotel areas), a lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with terrace (depending on weather), various à-la-carte restaurants (unlimited use subject to availability and reservation), the new patisserie, diverse bars, a nightclub (for ages 16+), a cinema, the beautiful saltwater indoor pool (connected to the outdoor pool by a tunnel, heated in winter depending on weather) with a separate children's pool, and a 2,000 m² wellness and spa center. Furthermore, the hotel features various shops, a mini-market, conference rooms, and a hairdresser (each for a fee). In the spacious and well-maintained garden, there are a total of four swimming pools, a pool with a bar in the lagoon area, the new aquapark with a King Kobra water slide (open at set hours), an additional pool bar, sun terraces, and the beach and cocktail bar. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are provided free of charge for guests at the pool and on the beach (pier with loungers and sun shade).

One of the 24 Bayou Villas, which offer an extraordinary experience in a uniquely privileged natural setting, can be enjoyed across an area of 25,000 m². Here, numerous privileges can be enjoyed, such as the Weik à-la-carte restaurant or the Bayou Bar, which are for the exclusive use of villa guests, as well as pavilions on the beach specifically available for villa guests, and much more. Deluxe Double Room (DDS/MPX): The 38-40 m² rooms are located in the main building and have side sea views. They are tastefully and comfortably equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers and bathrobe, laminate flooring, direct-dial telephone, Wi-Fi included, iron and ironing board, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, 55" LCD Ultra HD Smart IP satellite TV, safe, coffee/tea setup, coffee machine, as well as a sofa, side sea views, and balcony (DDS). Double Deluxe Garden Building (DD2): The rooms are located in the garden building with a view of the garden, slightly smaller but otherwise with the same features as the Deluxe Double rooms (DD2). Double room = single room for sole occupancy (DD1).

Double Room Deluxe Swim up: Located in the garden area on the ground floor with a terrace featuring two sun loungers and direct pool access as well as pool views (bookable for children from 6 years) (DWU). Double room = single room for sole occupancy (WU1).

Corner Suite: The suites with sea views are located in the main building. They feature similar amenities and sizes to the Deluxe Double rooms, but also include a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm), a sofa bed, and a whirlpool and sun loungers on the terrace (CSZ). Double room = single room for sole occupancy (CZ1).

Deluxe Family Suite Type A: These attractive room types in the garden area offer two bedrooms separated by a door, two showers/WC, two televisions, and otherwise similar amenities to the Deluxe Double rooms, as well as a balcony or terrace with garden views (ASF).

Deluxe Family Suite Type B: The rooms are located on the ground floor and are significantly larger (90-95m²) than the Family Rooms Type A, with direct pool views, a large terrace, seating groups, and access to the communal pool for this room category (B2F).

Lagoon Double Room: The rooms are located in the lagoon area, feature a balcony with a seating group, and are not located on the ground floor (LD2). Double room = single room (L1D).

Junior Suite: The junior suites with garden views are located in the lagoon area on the upper floors and feature a bedroom and a living room without a connecting door. The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa. A cozy seating group is provided in the living room. They also feature individual air conditioning and two televisions, with otherwise the same amenities as the Deluxe Double rooms (JS2). Double room = single room for sole occupancy (JS1).

Penthouse Suite: In addition to the same features as the Deluxe Double rooms, the suites are slightly larger, located on the upper floors of the lagoon area, and offer a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm), a seating group, and a bathroom in the style of a Turkish hammam with a rain shower. On the large terrace with garden/pool views, there are two sun loungers and a whirlpool (PHS). Double room = single room for sole occupancy (1PH).

Deluxe Lagoon Access/Swim Up: Located in the lagoon area. 2 queen-size beds (140 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa. Smart room automation system, vanity table and mirror, WC, split air conditioning, telephone, 55-inch LCD Ultra HD Smart IP TV, Chromecast, satellite transmission, Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, magnifying vanity mirror in the bathroom, hairdryer, curling iron, bathrobes, slippers, minibar, safe, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, and tea/coffee set. Bathroom with shower. The large terrace opens to the swim-up pool and is equipped with 2 sun loungers and a seating group. LVT flooring (LA2).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the extensive buffet or in the all-day dining à la carte restaurant (included without prior reservation), as well as breakfast options in the garden, late riser breakfast, a snack restaurant in the garden during the day without reservation, various pastries, and scoop ice cream service in the patisserie. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (including fresh orange juice) as well as imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked upon arrival with beer, soft drinks, table water, and mineral water and is refilled daily.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Wine specialties, lobster in the à-la-carte restaurant, and the Secret Grill à-la-carte restaurant for a fee.

Sports included: New tennis courts during the day, a new open-air fitness area, squash, rental of tennis and squash rackets and balls, gym, darts, archery, aerobics, basketball, table tennis, mini-football, jogging path, and mini-golf, as well as beach volleyball. In the CrossFit area, adults and children can participate in several sports activities.

Sports for a fee: Billiards and tennis with floodlights (free for villa guests with prior reservation).

Entertainment: Daytime sports animation, evening entertainment shows in the new amphitheater where international shows are also performed, occasional live music, cinema screenings, and a nightclub.

Wellness: Turkish bath, steam bath, and sauna are included; massages and other treatments in the "Thalasso Therapy" and spa center, as well as the Thalasso bath, are for a fee.
