Location: The comfortable holiday resort is located directly on the long sandy beach (slightly pebbly at the waterline) in the Lara holiday region. Various shopping malls can be reached after a short walk, the center of Antalya is about 15 km away and Antalya Airport is only 10 km away. Public bus connections and taxis are available.

Facilities: The spacious holiday destination offers a total of 837 rooms spread across a nine-story main building with four blocks (19 lifts, including 7 panoramic elevators). Many amenities include the elegantly designed lobby with reception, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, the main restaurant with a spacious outdoor terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (two à la carte are for a fee, the others are included once per stay in each of the à-la-carte restaurants, upon reservation, subject to availability), various bars, a patisserie, conference rooms, a small cinema, a disco, the modern indoor pool (open and heated during the winter season), and a well-equipped wellness center. In addition, there are various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is free throughout the facility and in the rooms. In the beautifully landscaped garden area next to the amphitheater for evening entertainment, there is also the attractively designed swimming pool with a separate children's pool, whirlpool, another pool with nine water slides for adults and seven water slides for children, and sun terraces with a pool bar. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are provided free of charge here and at the beach, which also features a beach bar and a bathing jetty.

Accommodation:

Double room: The double rooms (35 m²) feature one French bed and one single bed, as well as a sofa (160x180cm). They are also equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, air conditioning (central and hourly), safe, minibar, tea/coffee setup, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Partial sea view (DMS) and sea view (DM) can be booked for an additional charge. DZ=EZ for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Romantic Room: With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, these are approx. 32 m² and feature a French bed (RR2). Partial sea view can be booked for an additional charge (RRS/PRS).

Family room: This spacious room type consists of two bedrooms with a connecting door, with similar amenities to the double rooms including bath/WC (one bedroom with a double bed and seating, the other room has two single beds) as well as a partial sea view (FS2).

Large double room: Identical to the double rooms but more spacious, 42 m² (D2X). Partial sea view (2SX) and sea view (MX2) can be booked for an additional charge.

Double room Superior (AYTB56): These correspond to the "Romantic Rooms" (DSU). Optionally also bookable on the sea side (SMS).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from extensive buffets, late-riser breakfast, freshly squeezed fruit juices, various snacks during the day, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and selected import drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is replenished daily with water, beer, wine, fruit juice, ice tea, cola, fanta, mineral water, milk, chips, and chocolate. In summer, room service is available between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Additional import drinks.

Sports included: Six tennis courts during the day (with reservation), tennis equipment (with deposit), modern fitness center, in summer aerobics, water gymnastics, and beach volleyball on the beach.

Sports for a fee: Billiards and bowling

Entertainment: Extensive daytime animation with sports and games, varied evening shows in the amphitheater, and occasional live music and disco.

Wellness: Sauna, steam bath, and Turkish bath are included. Massages and all other treatments as well as some facilities in the spa area are for a fee.

Children's program: Daytime multilingual supervision in the miniclub for children aged 4 to 12 years (June 1 - Sept 30, between 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.). Baby cots available on request, subject to availability.

Hotel service: For a fee: Computer games, telephone and fax charges as well as laundry service, room service from 6 a.m. to midnight, and medical care.
