Location: The hotel is located in the Kestel district next to the Dim River and directly on a long sand/pebble beach, approx. 6 km from the center of Alanya and 140 km from Antalya Airport. Taxi and public minibus connections are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

Facilities: The hotel consists of a 3-story building complex (elevators available) and has 350 rooms. Facilities include an entrance area with a reception, an elegant lobby with comfortable seating, a main restaurant with a terrace, two à-la-carte restaurants (included once per stay with reservation), several bars, a heated indoor pool, and a spa area. In addition, there are some shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included within the hotel. The outdoor area features a freshwater pool, a relaxation pool (+16 years), and a pool with three water slides, a sun terrace, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and pool towels are included at the beach (with beach club and beach bar) and at the pool. All outdoor facilities are available to a limited extent in winter at the discretion of the hotelier.

Double room: The approx. 28 m² rooms are located in the annex buildings and are equipped with ceramic flooring, shower/WC, hairdryer, sitting area, safe, LCD satellite TV, minibar, tea and coffee setup, air conditioning (central), and a balcony with garden view (D). Double room Superior: With similar features to the double rooms, these are located in the main building and are approx. 36 m² (DSU). DZ=DSE (Double room for single use).

Suite: With similar features and location as the double rooms, these consist of 2 bedrooms with an optical partition and are approx. 56 m² (S2).

Family room: With similar features and location as the suites, these rooms additionally have a connecting door (DF2).

Family room Superior: With similar features to the suites, these are slightly smaller and are located in the main building (approx. 36 m²) (F2U).

All Inclusive:

All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, snacks during the day, coffee/tea and cakes in the afternoon, as well as an ice cream hour by the pool. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars from 10:00 AM to midnight. The minibar is refilled daily with water. Wearing an AI wristband is mandatory.

Not included in All Inclusive: Imported drinks, imported cocktails and orange juice, Keykubat à-la-carte restaurant, and Kale Bar.
