Location: The beachfront hotel is located in Tosmur, separated from the private sand/pebble beach (bathing shoes recommended due to occasional rocky areas) only by an underpass. Various entertainment options are nearby.

The hotel has 164 rooms spread across 6 floors. The indoor area includes a lobby, a reception, a lobby bar, 2 elevators, a mini-market and shop (both for a fee) as well as Wi-Fi (in public areas and rooms) and a hairdresser (for a fee). Facilities also include a patisserie, a main restaurant and an à la carte restaurant (included once with a minimum stay of 7 nights). A snack bar offers additional light meals. Outdoors, there is a pool, a whirlpool and a pool bar (seasonal). Sun loungers, cushions, and umbrellas are available free of charge on the beach with the hotel's own jetty, easily accessible via an underpass (jetty usable from May to November), and by the pool. The indoor pool is heated in winter depending on the weather; it is not open in summer.
