Location: The holiday resort is located directly on the sandy/pebbly beach of Konakli. Alanya is approximately 12 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available near the hotel. Antalya Airport is approx. 113 km away.

Facilities: The spacious, well-known club resort promises active and entertaining holidays. The total of 416 rooms are distributed across eight two-story bungalows and three three-story modern block houses. In the entrance area, there is a friendly reception with comfortable seating areas and shops (for a fee). Further facilities include the buffet restaurant with terrace, an à la carte restaurant, a patisserie, an amphitheater, a discotheque, and the Neptun Bar. Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort for a fee. In the well-kept outdoor area, there are three freshwater swimming pools with a separate children's pool, surrounded by sun terraces. Additionally, the aquapark offers a children's pool with several children's water slides and a pirate ship, as well as another pool with three water slides (all slides open hourly/weather-dependent from May 1st to Oct 20th), offering fun and entertainment for guests aged 16 and older as well. Sun loungers, pads, bath towels, and sunshades/canopies are included for our guests around the pools and at the beach with a jetty.

Accommodation:

Bungalow room: The comfortably furnished rooms in the bungalow area are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, LCD satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, rental safe, minibar, kettle, coffee/tea setup, air conditioning (individually adjustable), and a balcony (BZ2). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (BZ1).

Bungalow room Type A (Summer 26): All Bungalow rooms Type A can be booked for a max. of 3 people. They feature a double bed and a single bed, as well as views of the garden and the terrace. All rooms are equipped with an LCD flat-screen TV, minibar, air conditioning, shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, electronic safe (for a fee), and ceramic flooring. They are 16 m² in size and are located on the ground floor (B2A/B1A).

Comfort room (Summer 26): The comfort rooms are identical to the bungalow rooms. When booking this category for stays between April 2, 2026, and May 20, 2026, guests additionally receive a fruit basket and wine, a bathrobe for adults, a 15-min. taster massage, a 30% discount in the wellness area, a beach bag, early check-in and late check-out (subject to availability), and a 30% discount on laundry service for a minimum stay of seven nights (DKO).

Bungalow family room: These rooms are located in the bungalow area and feature the same amenities as the double rooms, with an additional sleeping room with a connecting door, two air conditioning units, telephone, and balcony or terrace. They are located on the upper floors (FB2).

Super saver room (Summer 26): With the same location and equipment as the bungalow rooms, these do not have a balcony/terrace and are located on the ground floor (SOZ).

Double room Superior: These are located in the block house area and feature a double and a single bed, satellite TV, rental safe, ceramic floor, and balcony (DSU/DAS). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DSE/DAE/E1S).

Double room Superior Type B (Summer 26): With the same amenities as the Superior rooms, these feature garden access via the balcony (DSB). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (UB1).

Swim-up room: With similar amenities to the Superior rooms, these feature direct access to the pool via the balcony (SWP/Summer 26: SWD). Rooms with direct pool/sea access represent an increased risk for small children.

Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen applies a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Family room Superior: The Family rooms Superior are slightly larger and more modernly furnished, with similar amenities and room layout as the Bungalow family rooms. They are located in the block house area and have centrally controlled air conditioning (S2F).

Family suite garden view: With similar amenities as the Family rooms Superior, these have direct access from the balcony to the garden (FSG).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast, afternoon snacks, coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream service, filled flatbreads, patisserie, tea/coffee and pastries, as well as midnight snacks from midnight to 7 a.m. One à la carte dinner per stay included for stays of 7 nights or more (subject to reservation/availability; open 6 days a week). Various local alcoholic and selected imported drinks are included from 10 a.m. to midnight. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks upon arrival and is refilled daily with still water.

Not included in All Inclusive: Cocktails and imported drinks after midnight.

Sports included: 15 beach volleyball courts (reservation required), boccia, billiards, and table tennis (against deposit).

Sports for a fee: Five clay tennis courts and a padel tennis court (reservation required) during the day with your own equipment; tennis in the evening with floodlights; rental of tennis rackets, private tennis lessons, and group courses.

Entertainment: Daily animation (six days a week from May 10th to Oct 20th) with games, sports, and gymnastics, evening shows, and occasional pool and beach parties.

Wellness: Turkish bath and sauna are included. All further treatments in the spa area are for a fee.

Children's program: Miniclub for children aged 4 to 12 with hourly supervision six days a week from May 1st.

Hotel service: Safe, telephone and fax charges, as well as internet, are for a fee.
