Location: This modern comfort hotel is located in the Belek holiday region, surrounded by pine forests. The expansive pebble/sand beach (approx. 415 m long), situated in the first beach row, features a private hotel section and is accessible via a bridge over the small Acisu river, which flows into the sea not far from the hotel. The small town of Belek with its shopping opportunities is approx. 6 km away, and the international airport in Antalya is about 40 km away.

Facilities: Summer:

The comfortable holiday resort consists of a four-story main building (four panoramic lifts available) and 12 villa-style bungalow buildings with a total of 421 rooms. Various amenities include an elegant lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas and a lobby bar, a buffet restaurant with a terrace area, various à-la-carte restaurants (each requiring a reservation, some for a fee), large-screen satellite TV, several bars, and (each for a fee) several conference rooms, a business center, two stylishly designed shopping arcades with several shops and a mini-market, a hair salon, and the luxurious 3,500 m² "Shang Du" spa (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex and in the rooms. The well-maintained garden area features sun terraces and an antique-style pool with three water slides, plus additional water slides in the children's world, each with age restrictions. Sun loungers, cushions, and bath towels are included here and at the beach. At the beach, guests can enjoy a spacious bathing pier with its own bar and an adults-only area.

Winter:

- Indoor pool with separate children's pool (heated seasonally)

- The open part of the indoor pool in the spa area is heated in winter depending on weather conditions

- One activity pool is open

- Multilingual miniclub "Fancyland" is not available in the winter season, but a small playroom and playground are provided for children

- In the winter season, a small playroom and an outdoor playground are available for children aged 4-12

- Daytime soft animation; no evening entertainment program, only occasional live music

- Two à-la-carte restaurants are available for a fee with prior reservation

Double room: Rooms in the main building are equipped with bath/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, electric kettle with coffee/tea setup, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, pillow menu, carpeted floor, and a balcony with garden view (D). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM). Double room for single use (DE/DEM).

Junior suite: These offer the same amenities as the double rooms, with the addition of a living room with a seating area/sofa, a separate bedroom with a connecting door, and a balcony with sun loungers (JS2). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (J2M).

Family room Type A: Located in the bungalow buildings, these offer similar amenities to the double rooms and consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door, a bath/WC, and parquet flooring (2FA/Wi'26/27 DF2).

Family room Type B (Summer 2026): With the same location and equipment as the family room Type A, these offer two bathrooms (2FB).

Bungalow room (Summer): These offer the same amenities as the double rooms with parquet flooring and are located in the bungalow buildings (BZ2). Double room for single use (BZ1).

All Inclusive:

High Class All Inclusive (Summer): Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks, ice cream during the day in summer, patisserie (11 am – 6 pm), coffee/tea and cakes, as well as midnight snacks (11 pm – 5 am). A weekly BBQ party is held in the high season (May 17 – Sept 25). Various alcoholic and non-alcoholic local and some imported drinks are included around the clock. Daily minibar refill with still water and soft drinks, as well as beer, milk, and cocoa for the little ones.

Not included in High Class All Inclusive: Premium drinks.

High Class All Inclusive (Winter): Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks, patisserie (11 am – 6 pm), coffee/tea and cakes, as well as midnight snacks (11 pm – 2 am). Sports for a fee: Tennis lessons, bowling (from 10 years old) on a total of 4 lanes, and billiards (from 16 years old).

Entertainment: Daytime soft animation with games and competitions, as well as an alternating evening entertainment program.

Wellness: Turkish bath, sauna, and whirlpool are included for ages 12 and up. All facilities and treatments as well as massages in the luxurious "Shang-Du" are available for a fee and for ages 12 and up; children aged 4-12 may use the indoor pool in the spa from 9 am – 1 pm.

Children's program: The multilingual "Fancyland" miniclub offers 5,500 m² for children aged 0-16 (up to 4 years accompanied by parents) with daily animation, baby nap and playrooms, separate children's pools with six water slides, children's buffets in the main restaurant and Fancyland, an adventure park, mini luna park, climbing wall, cinema room, music studio, a hangout area for teens at the beach, and a children's playground.

Hotel service: 24-hour room service, dry cleaning, doctor service, laundry and ironing service, and babysitting in the miniclub (each for a fee).
