About Utopia Beach Club
Location: The holiday resort with a view of the Mediterranean Sea is located in Incekum, directly on 3 private sandy beaches (partly rocky). The center of Avsallar with numerous shopping opportunities is approx. 4 km away. Alanya with its famous nightlife can be reached after approx. 22 km. Taxis and public transport are in the immediate vicinity.
Facilities: The hotel, built on an area of approx. 30,000 m², has 358 rooms spread over six floors and villas. Facilities include a lobby with reception and comfortable seating, elevators, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and in the rooms. A buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace, an à la carte restaurant (reservation and fee required) and a patisserie. Various shops, a hairdresser, and the spa area (each for a fee). The outdoor area features a freshwater pool landscape, children's pool, sun terraces, and pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included here and at the beach with beach/snackbar.
Accommodation:
Double Room: The stylishly furnished rooms are approx. 24 m² in size and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (central, weather-dependent), minibar, coffee/tea setup, safe, LED satellite TV with music channel, direct dial telephone, laminate flooring, and a balcony facing the land side (D). Direct sea view can be booked for an additional charge in summer (DM). Double room for single use (DE/DEM).
Economy Double Room: These rooms are identical to the double rooms, but slightly smaller (approx. 14 m²), without a balcony, and in a less desirable location (SOZ).
Villa Standard Room: With the same amenities as the double rooms, but slightly smaller (approx. 19 m²) and located in the annex building (V2). Double room for single use also possible (V1).
Family Room: With similar amenities to the double rooms, they consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door and are approximately 40 m² in total. They have a shower/WC, sofa, and each has an LED satellite TV (DF2).
Villa Family Room: Slightly more spacious than the family rooms, with two bedrooms and a living room, approx. 38 m² in size. Otherwise, the amenities are the same, and they are located in the annex building (VF2).
All Inclusive:
Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, snacks during the day, afternoon coffee/tea, cake, and midnight snacks. Various imported and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available around the clock at the respective open bar are included. The minibar is refilled daily with water and soft drinks.
Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Freshly squeezed fruit juices and cocktails. Bottled drinks and other imported and local alcoholic beverages.
Entertainment: Soft animation and various sports activities, as well as live music and parties.
Sport inklusive: Fitness room, stretching, step aerobics, Zumba, jumping fitness, tennis (with own equipment), archery, beach volleyball, and darts.
Sports for a fee: Floodlight.
Children's program: Daytime multilingual kids' club for children aged 4 to 12, teenagers' club for ages 12 to 17 (seasonal), and a playroom. Babysitting is available on request for a fee.
