Location: The spacious hotel complex is located directly on the long sandy/pebble beach and extends over an area of approximately 90,000 m². The nearest town, Belek, is about 2 km away, and Antalya is about 45 km away. Both can be easily reached by public minibus or taxi.

Facilities: The luxurious hotel with a total of 554 rooms consists of a terraced main building with five floors and terrace buildings with four floors, which are open in summer. Amenities include an elegant lobby with reception, bar, and seating areas, panoramic elevators, main restaurant with terrace (weather permitting), various à la carte restaurants (one à la carte of the hotelier's choice is free once a week, others are open for a service charge and on specific dates), several bars, a patisserie, and an internet cafe (included subject to availability). The "Game Center", various shops, a mini-market, hairdresser, and conference rooms are available for a fee. A modern wellness and spa center with two indoor pools and a separate children's pool (seasonal). Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel. The beautifully landscaped gardens feature a freshwater pool area with a semi-Olympic swimming pool, another pool with six water slides (operates from May 1st to October 31st, hourly and weather permitting), a separate children's pool, sun terraces, and pool/snackbar. Ample sun loungers with integrated cushions, bath towels, and umbrellas are available free of charge here and on the beach (beach from April 15th, jetty from May 15th, weather permitting).

Please note the following restrictions during winter:

- One à la carte restaurant of the hotelier's choice included once per stay, others for a service charge (Turkish or Mexican cuisine).

- Daytime only soft animation.

- Outdoor areas are operational based on weather conditions.

- Sun loungers and bath towels are included at the indoor pool.

- Instead of a mini-club, there is an indoor play area for children aged 4-12 years.

- Indoor pools with a separate children's pool are heated in winter, weather permitting.

- Mini-football, beach volleyball, boccia, and volleyball are weather dependent.

Accommodation:

Deluxe Room: The modernly furnished rooms, approximately 40m², are located in the terrace buildings or the main building and feature a double bed or two single beds, shower/toilet, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, kettle for coffee and tea, LCD satellite TV, air conditioning (centrally controlled, hourly, weather permitting), minibar, safe, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi (included), laminate flooring, and a balcony (DD2/DD1). Sea view can be booked at an additional charge and is located in the main building. Double room for single use (X2M/X1M).

Senior Suites: The suites, approximately 76m², are also located in the terrace buildings or the main building and consist of one bedroom (double bed) and a living room with sofa beds, connected by a door, and a second bathroom (SS2). Sea view can be booked at an additional charge (SYS).

Deluxe Superior Pool Access: Located in the terrace buildings, slightly more spacious (approx. 63m²) with a double or two single beds and two sofas (optical separation) and direct pool access with stairs (DWP). Available at more favorable rates without pool access with land view in limited numbers (UD2).

Family Room (Triplex): The family rooms are located on the 4th floor of the terrace buildings. The living room is in the entrance area of the 115m² room. There are a total of 3 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds): two on the 2nd floor and one on the 3rd floor. The third bedroom on the top floor is designed for children. Each room has an independent entrance. There is a baby safety gate on the stairs leading from the bedrooms to the living room. Each bedroom has a bathroom, toilet, parallel telephone line, and plasma TV. From the room's balcony, you can access the swimming pool via a staircase (DF2).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Rich buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, late riser breakfast, Turkish and international snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea, pastries, and ice cream in the afternoon (from April 15th), as well as a midnight buffet. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open. The minibar is stocked daily with chips, beer, soft drinks, and still water.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Other imported drinks.

Sports included: Tennis during the day on two hard courts with your own equipment and rental of balls and rackets, mini-football, squash, basketball as part of the animation program, boccia, aerobics, and fitness room.

Sports for a fee: Tennis with floodlights.

Entertainment: Daytime animation with sports and games, evening entertainment with various shows and occasional live music.

Wellness: Steam bath, sauna, and Turkish bath are included. All treatments in the spa center are subject to a fee.

Children's program: Multilingual mini-club for children aged 4 to 12 years, open hourly (May 1st - October 15th in the outdoor area), and a playground.
