Location: The hotel is located directly on Avsallar's own sandy beach. Numerous shopping opportunities are just a few minutes' walk away. The city of Alanya with its entertainment options is approx. 20 km away. Public transport is available.

Facilities: The luxury hotel consists of a main building with seven floors and an adjacent building with four floors, offering a total of 402 rooms. The reception, lifts, and a lobby with comfortable seating areas and a lobby bar are located in the entrance hall. Facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace area, two à la carte restaurants (for a fee), several bars, and a patisserie. Conference rooms and a mini-market are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The hotel also offers an indoor pool with a separate children's pool (open during the winter season) and a spa area. The impressively designed outdoor area features a fun park (hourly in the evening for children), two freshwater swimming pools with separate children's and baby pools, a pool/snackbar, and a water park (heated in winter depending on weather) with four water slides (hourly). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included at the beach with a beach bar.

Accommodation:

Double Room Deluxe: The modernly furnished rooms in the main or adjacent building offer a shower/toilet, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, air conditioning (central), desk, safe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV with music channel, direct dial telephone, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional cost (DM). Double rooms for single occupancy (DD1/1DM/from Summer 25 DE/DEM).

Superior Room (Summer 2025): With the same amenities as the Double Rooms Deluxe, these rooms are slightly more spacious and additionally offer a whirlpool and sea view (DSM/Summer'25 DMU). (Also bookable under AYTB81 with DAS.)

Double Room Swim Up (Summer 2025): Located in the adjacent building, these rooms offer the same amenities as the Double Rooms Deluxe, plus a terrace with loungers and direct pool access, and pool view (SWD).

Junior Suite Sea View: The rooms are located in the main building and, with the same amenities as the Double Rooms, offer a double bed and a single bed in a large room with sea view (J2M).

King Suite: Features two bedrooms with connecting doors, each with a shower/toilet, 40" LCD TV, safe, minibar, tea and coffee set, VRF air conditioning (central), ceiling fan, desk, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, slippers, telephone, and hairdryer. Each of these suites has a terrace with a whirlpool, seating area, sun lounger, and umbrella (KS). Sea view is available at an additional cost (MSK).

Villa Suite Type A: This suite in the villa area offers, with the same amenities as the Deluxe rooms, two separate bedrooms connected by a small hallway, each with a shower/toilet and LCD satellite TV, and garden view (SA).

Superior Suite (Summer 2025): The Superior Suite is equipped with 2 bedrooms with connecting doors, each with a shower/toilet, 40" LCD TV, safe, minibar, tea and coffee set, air conditioning (central), telephone, and hairdryer, as well as a side sea view (2ZS).

Suite Type B: This suite in the villa area offers a living room, two separate bedrooms, each with a shower/toilet, LCD satellite TV, safe, minibar, tea and coffee set, VRF air conditioning (central), ceiling fan, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, slippers, telephone, and hairdryer. Each of these suites has a terrace with a whirlpool and a seating area with garden view (SB/from Summer'25 2SB).

Platinum Suite: Offers three separate bedrooms over two floors. Each bedroom has its own shower/toilet, 40" LCD TV, safe, minibar, tea and coffee set, VRF air conditioning (central), ceiling fan, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, slippers, telephone, and hairdryer. Each of these suites has a terrace with a whirlpool, seating area, sun lounger, umbrella, and garden/land view (SC).

Dublex Suite: This suite offers two bedrooms on two floors in a duplex style. Each room has its own shower/toilet, LCD satellite TV, safe, minibar, tea and coffee set, VRF air conditioning (central), cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, slippers, telephone, and hairdryer. These suites have a land view (S2X).

Deluxe Double Room (AYTB81): The Deluxe Double Rooms do not have direct pool access. They feature a shower/toilet, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, air conditioning (central, hourly), desk, safe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV with music channel, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi, laminate flooring, and a balcony. Sea view (DDM) or direct pool access and terrace instead of a balcony (SWD) are available at an additional cost. Note on Swim-Up Rooms: Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk to small children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types for children.

Deluxe Double Room Whirlpool (Summer 2026): With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these rooms are slightly more spacious and additionally offer a whirlpool and sea view (DDJ).

Deluxe Double Room Swim-up (Summer 2026): With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these rooms offer a terrace with loungers and direct pool access, and pool view (SWD).

Family Suite (Summer 2026): This spacious suite consists of two bedrooms with a connecting door and a living area, two bathrooms/toilets, a living area, as well as air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Amenities also include a coffee/tea setup, two minibars, two LED TVs, two safes, and a balcony or terrace. (2FM). Bookable under AYTB81 as 2FS.

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Buffet breakfast and late riser breakfast, with fresh orange juice. For lunch and dinner, enjoy rich buffets. Pastries in the patisserie and various snacks are available during the day. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported beverages, are included 24 hours a day at the open bars. Your minibar is stocked upon arrival with beer, soft drinks, and still and sparkling water, and is refilled daily as needed.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Energy drinks, other imported beverages, bottled drinks, and all à la carte restaurants and beach pavilions.

Sports included: Tennis on a hard court, tennis equipment, fitness center, basketball, and darts.
