Location: This luxury hotel is located directly on the hotel's own gently sloping sandy beach. The nearest town, Kadriye, is about 1 km away, and the provincial capital Antalya can be reached in about 40 km. Public transport and taxis are available.

This extravagant resort for discerning guests offers a total of 557 rooms, spread across a main building with five floors and the Carya Golf Residence, the Pearl Pool area with swim-up rooms, suites, and private villas on the golf course. A very stylish reception hall with a reception desk, elevators, elegant seating areas, and a lobby bar welcomes you. For culinary enjoyment, there is the main buffet restaurant with a family area and terrace, various à la carte restaurants (some at a charge), a patisserie, and a bakery, snack stations, as well as several bars. Further amenities include a lounge for early arrivals/late departures, an indoor pool with a children's pool (heated seasonally), a 1890 m² heated outdoor pool (seasonally and weather-dependent), and the beautifully designed Wellness & Spa area (treatments at a charge). Wi-Fi is included in the hotel building and most outdoor areas. A large congress center with various meeting rooms and ballrooms is also available. The shopping arcade with various shops is available at a charge. In the spacious garden, you will find the amphitheater for evening entertainment (depending on the season) as well as the magnificent pool landscape with several heated pools (seasonally), the main pool, an activity pool, a pool for adults, a wave pool, sun terraces, and the pool/snack bar, plus Aqualantis with various slides and children's pools, offering plenty of fun and action. Here, in the indoor pool, on the white sandy beach with a jetty, beach bar (seasonally, at a charge), and on the sun terrace, loungers, cushions, sun umbrellas, and beach towels are included.

Winter:

- Karaoke nights, aerobics, dance classes, water aerobics, water polo, Bodybalance, Bodypump, and Sh Bam are not available.

- Some pools are closed.

- Beach facilities are closed.

- The amphitheater is closed, and the entertainment program is adapted.

Accommodation:

Deluxe Double Room with Garden View (Jade Room): The fantastic 62 m² rooms (with balcony) are located in the main building and feature a bath/WC and shower, two washbasins, a bathrobe, slippers, scale (on request), hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar, digital safe, mirror LED TV with music channel, direct dial telephone, coffee/tea setup, Nespresso machine, seating area and desk, dressing room, pillow menu, iron, ironing board, parquet flooring, and a balcony with a golf course view (DLB). Double room = single room (DLE). Side (DDS) or direct sea view available at an additional charge (DDM). Double room = single occupancy (EDD/DM1).

Family Room (Jade Family): Located on the top floor of the main building, these 125 m² rooms offer similar amenities to the Deluxe Double Rooms with garden view. They feature two bedrooms, a dressing room, one bathroom with bath/shower/WC, and one with shower/WC, as well as a 24-36 m² terrace or a balcony with a partial sea view (FS2).

Deluxe Suite (Jade Suite): Also located in the main building, these 125 m² rooms (with balcony) offer, in addition to the amenities of the Deluxe Double Rooms, a living room with a seating area, a bedroom, mirror LED TV, Nespresso coffee machine, minibar, two bathrooms (one with bath/shower/WC), and a large balcony with sea view (S2D).

Deluxe Double Room with Pool Access (Pearl Pool Room): The 62 m² rooms in the Carya Golf Residence are equipped like the Deluxe Double Rooms, in the style of a single-story villa, and have a 12 m² terrace. The rooms feature private swimming pools with direct access and a private terrace. The swimming pools are shared with the adjacent room (DPA). Double room = single occupancy (PA1). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk to young children.

Therefore, for safety reasons for children, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.

Suite Type A (Pearl Pool Suite): These 125 m² suites in the Pearl Pool area next to the Carya Golf Club feature a 24 m² terrace and have direct access to the swimming pool from the room. The rooms consist of a bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a seating area, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, separate shower, WC, 2 washbasins, and mirror LED TV, one with a shower and WC), a table, a dressing room, mirror LED TV, ironing board, and iron (SA).

All Inclusive:

Luxury All Inclusive: Breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, lunch and dinner from extensive buffets, diet buffets, baby corner, children's buffets, various snacks, ice cream, and pastries throughout the day in the patisserie, bakery, and various à la carte walk-in restaurants. A wide selection of international and local premium brands of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included around the clock. The minibar is stocked with water, soft drinks, and beer (some alcoholic beverages for specific room types), as well as chips and chocolate. For younger guests, milk is also provided. Upon arrival, you can expect a glass of champagne at check-in, a welcome snack, and turn-down service.
