Location: The hotel is located directly on its own sandy beach in Belek. The nearest town of Kadriye, with numerous shopping opportunities, is only 4 km away, Antalya approx. 40 km. Taxis and public minibus connections are available in front of the hotel.

Facilities: The extensive complex, spread over a total of 90,000m², has 495 rooms spread across a four-story main building (elevators available) and several one-, two-, or three-story annex buildings. The reception area includes the reception, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included here. Facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (for a fee), and several shops. Conference rooms and an indoor pool with a whirlpool and a separate children's pool (heated seasonally from November 1st to March 31st). In the well-maintained outdoor area, there are three freshwater swimming pools in summer, one of which is for guests aged 15 and over. An aqua park with six water slides (for ages 6 and up under adult supervision). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included by the pools and on the beach with a snack/beach bar.

Club Double Room (Village Building): Located in the garden area of the annex building, these rooms feature a shower/WC, a double bed, a single bed, and a pull-out bed, hairdryer, air conditioning (central, weather-dependent), safe, minibar, tea/coffee setup, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, tiled floor, and a balcony or terrace (CD). Double room for single use (CDE).

Superior Room: These rooms are larger than the double rooms, located in the main building, and feature air conditioning (central, weather-dependent), a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa, shower/WC, carpeted floor, and balcony (DSU). Double room for single use (DSE).

Club Family Room: Located in the garden area of the annex building, these rooms have 2 bedrooms separated by connecting doors, with 2 double beds and 2 single beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (central, weather-dependent), safe, minibar, tea/coffee setup, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, tiled floor, and balcony (CF2).

Superior Family Room: The Superior Family Rooms are located in the main building and feature two rooms with a connecting door, air conditioning (central, weather-dependent), 2 double beds, 2 single beds, shower/WC, safe, minibar, tea/coffee setup, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, carpeted floor, and balcony (F2U).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, Turkish and international snacks at the pool bar (April 1st - October 31st) and beach bar (May 1st - October 15th) during the day, coffee/tea and cake in the afternoon, fruit ice cream hour, midnight buffet. Mirage and Bloom Lounge are available to guests 24 hours a day (April 1st - October 31st). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included around the clock at the respective open bars. Daily minibar refill with soft drinks, water, and beer.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Other imported beverages.

Sports included: Fitness room, table tennis, darts, boccia, Pilates, water aerobics, aqua bike, Hatha Yoga, and Fly Yoga. In summer, also canoeing, pedal boats, beach volleyball, air rifle and archery.

Entertainment: Daytime entertainment with games and competitions, and evening entertainment program.

Wellness: Turkish bath and sauna included. Further treatments at the "Reborn SPA" for a fee.

Children's program: Hourly mini club for children aged 4 to 12, and in high season, a junior club for ages 13 to 18, and a playground.

Additionally, children receive free tennis and swimming lessons at the Papy Kids Sports Club.

Hotel service: Cabana, telephone and fax charges, laundry and doctor services, as well as massages and treatments, and cryo (cold sauna) in the spa area are available for a fee.
