Location: Popular with regular German guests, this holiday hotel is situated on the expansive sand/pebble beach in the center of Alanya.

Facilities: The holiday complex features a total of 240 rooms spread across several one- to two-story buildings (no elevator) directly on the beach, and annex buildings with three (no elevator), four, or five floors (all with elevators) on the opposite side of the road (a pedestrian underpass is available). Central amenities on the beach side include the lobby with reception, inviting seating areas and panoramic bar, the buffet restaurant, and an à-la-carte restaurant (open from May 1st to Oct 15th, 1x per stay included). In the annex area, you will find a satellite TV corner and the wellness area. Additionally, there are various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in public areas and in the rooms. Located in the beautifully landscaped garden are the freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, sun terraces and a sunbathing area, as well as the pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, and parasols, as well as the first beach towel (provided in the room), are included around the pool and at the beach with its own beach bar.

Accommodation:

Double room Type A: The rooms are located on the beach side and offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), smart satellite TV with music channel, rental safe, coffee/tea facilities, mini-fridge, tiled floor, and balcony (DA). DR=SR for single occupancy (DEA).

Double room Type B: With otherwise similar features to the Type A double rooms, these are located in the annex buildings (DB). DR=SR for single occupancy (DEB).

Super saver room: Identical to the Type B double rooms in a less preferred location (SSZ).

Family room: With the same features and location as the Type B double rooms, but with 2 bedrooms with a connecting door (DF2).

All Inclusive:

All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late-riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, and midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM. The mini-fridge is stocked upon arrival with still water, which is refilled if needed. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in All Inclusive: Safe, imported drinks, Turkish coffee, and freshly squeezed fruit juices.

Sports included: Daytime tennis on a hard court with own equipment, table tennis, darts, beach volleyball, billiards, and fitness room.

Sports for a fee: Tennis with floodlights.

Entertainment: Various daytime animation and changing evening entertainment programs.

Children's program: Playground and, during high season (from Sept 6th-30th), a mini-club for children aged 6 to 12 for a few hours a day.

Hotel services: Telephone and fax charges, changing of towels, and massages are for a fee.
