Location: The hotel is located directly on the private sand/pebble beach of the holiday resort of Beldibi. The nearest town, Kemer, is approx. 18 km away, and Antalya city center is approx. 29 km away. Antalya Airport is about 40 km away.

The extensive hotel complex, consisting of a main building and several annexes, has 346 rooms spread over 5 floors. The interior includes a lobby, reception with four panoramic elevators, various bars, a main restaurant, a patisserie, and various à-la-carte restaurants (included subject to availability and advance reservation; two à-la-carte restaurants are available for a fee. Use of the complimentary à-la-carte restaurants is included once per stay for stays of 4 nights or more). There are also several shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex. In the spacious and beautifully landscaped gardens, there are three large freshwater swimming pools: the main pool, an aquapark with three water slides (open at set hours), a separate children's pool, and a relax pool. A seasonally opened and heated indoor pool completes the indoor facilities. Sun loungers, parasols/sun canopies, and bath towels are included for guests at the pool and on the beach with a beach bar.

Accommodation:

Double room: The attractively decorated rooms in the main building offer you a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled at set hours), minibar, safe, kettle, flat-screen TV, laminate flooring, and a balcony or terrace (D). DR = SR for single use (DE). Side sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DMS).

Family suite: Similar facilities to the double rooms in the main building, featuring one bedroom and one living room with a sofa bed and a connecting door, air conditioning (centrally controlled), one shower/WC, and one bath/WC, as well as laminate flooring and a balcony (2FS).

Garden family room: Similar in facilities to the family suite in the annexes with one bedroom and one living room with a sofa bed, 1x shower/WC, and a connecting door. Individually controlled air conditioning, tiled floor, and balcony (SG2).

Junior suite: Located in the main building, significantly more spacious than the double rooms and offering similar facilities with a bath and shower/WC, balcony or terrace (JS2). Guests booking this room category receive a welcome package from the hotelier. Sea view with terrace can be booked for an extra charge (J2M).

Duplex villa: Located in the annexes, consisting of two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed in maisonette style, individual air conditioning, 3 flat-screen TVs, two showers/WC, and a balcony. Guests booking this room category receive a welcome package (V2).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, late-riser breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style at the main restaurant. Snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, ice cream hour, midnight snacks. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and some imported drinks are included around the clock at the respective open bars. The minibar is restocked daily with still water and soft drinks.

Partially, organic products from the hotel's own organic farm are used.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Private cabanas at the beach, two à-la-carte restaurants with a service fee.

Sports included: Tennis during the day with your own equipment, table tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, mini football, mini golf, bocce, darts, fitness room, and sports/fitness program (1.4.–31.10.).

Sports for a fee: Tennis in the evening with floodlights, tennis equipment, and lessons.

Entertainment: Light and quiet animation/activity program.

Wellness: Sauna and Turkish bath at the indoor pool free of charge. Massages and all other treatments in the spa area are for a fee.

Children's program: Multilingual mini club (at set hours) for children aged 4 to 12. In high season, junior club with Facebook & Twitter corner, game consoles, teenage club (for ages 13 to 16, from 1.4.–31.10.), playground.
