Location: The exclusive holiday home is located directly about 1 km from the long sandy/pebble beach in a spacious bay at the foot of the impressive Taurus Mountains. The small center of the town of Tekirova is about 1 km away, Kemer itself with its large marina and many shopping/entertainment options can be reached after about 18 km. Public transport is available.

Facilities: The spacious luxury hotel in the style of a Doge's palace offers a total of 705 rooms on an area of 200,000 m², spread across three deluxe buildings (main buildings) with six floors each and several three-story club buildings in the garden. In the impressive lobby with reception, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, guests are welcomed with sparkling wine, lemonade, exclusive Turkish Delight and a basket of apples. Culinary well-being is provided by the main restaurant with terrace and children's buffet, several bars, snack stations and a homemade burger station, a 24-hour à la carte restaurant, as well as various other à la carte restaurants (with reservation and subject to availability for a fee). Further amenities for carefree vacation days include a nightclub, Nespresso and Starbucks coffee in the café area, Wi-Fi in public areas and rooms included, various shops (for a fee), a light-flooded indoor pool with whirlpool and the appealing spa area with many offers. In the spacious garden with many old trees, there is an animation area, the swimming pool landscape with a seawater pool (heated in winter depending on weather conditions), the freshwater main pool with separate children's pool, the two pools Roma Street Relaxe and Istanbul Street Relaxe each with separate children's pools, as well as the Mega Aquapark with 15 water slides. "Pirates of Olympus" is spread over a 4,000m² area with a splash zone, baby pool and The Hook Aqua Bistro & Fastfood Restaurant. In addition, there are sun terraces, sunbathing lawns and pool/snack bars. Here and on the beach with a bathing jetty and beach bar, covered sun loungers, sun umbrellas and bath towels are included.

Accommodation:

Deluxe Double Room: The spacious rooms in the deluxe buildings are pompously decorated and offer bath/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobe and slippers, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe, minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, coffee/tea setup, Nespresso coffee machine, carpeted floor and balcony with forest view (DD2). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DDM). DZ=EZ for single use (DD1) with sea view (1DM).

Double/Club Room: They are located in the garden area in the club buildings and, with similar facilities to the deluxe rooms, offer a balcony with forest view (CD). Also bookable as DZ=EZ for single use (CDE).

Club Family Room: These rooms are located on the ground floor of the annex in the club area and are slightly more spacious, consisting of a living room/bedroom and a bathroom (CF2).

Deluxe Family Suite: They are located in the Venezia main building and, with similar facilities to the deluxe rooms, offer a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a balcony with sea view (FDM).

Club Family Suite: With similar facilities to the club family rooms, these consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door and two bathrooms, two dressing rooms, and a balcony, and are located in the club buildings (F2C).

Club Family Suite Swim Up: With similar facilities to the club family rooms, these consist of two rooms with a connecting door, a double bed in the bedroom, and two sofas in the living room, and have access to a shared pool (2SU). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety hazard for small children.

Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Deluxe Double Room Type A: The rooms located in the Venezia building are approx. 40 m² in size and have similar facilities to the deluxe double rooms. In addition, they offer a separate dressing room and a balcony with sea view (DDA/1TA).

Nido Suite: These cozy and comfortable suites are located on the 6th floor of the Venezia building and offer a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with two sofas with a connecting door. Furthermore, these rooms are approx. 78 m² and offer two LED TVs, shower/WC, high-speed internet, and a balcony with land view (S2). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (S2M).

Luna Suite: These cozy and comfortable suites are located on the 6th floor of the Venezia building and offer a bedroom with a double bed and two sofas (approx. 57-80 m²), an LED TV, shower/WC, high-speed internet, and a balcony with sea view (SIM).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, lunch and dinner from rich buffets also with a diet corner and children's buffet, various snack variations throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream, and the 24-hour open Fellini à la carte. Five à la carte restaurants included subject to availability and with reservation. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some imported drinks are available around the clock at the respective open bars. The vitamin bar offers freshly squeezed fruit juices from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Your minibar is filled daily with water, soft drinks, beer, energy drinks, iced tea, and milk; coffee/tea are replenished as needed. Proper attire is requested in the restaurants.

Not included in Ultra All inclusive: Further imported (luxury) drinks, visits to the à la carte restaurants.

Sports included: Tennis on five hard courts, rental of tennis equipment, table tennis, mini football, basketball, beach volleyball, gymnastics, darts, aerobics, yoga, water aerobics, water polo, bocce, fitness center with consultation (from 16 years), and a running route of 1400 m, as well as a canoe rental.

Sports for a fee: Billiards, floodlights on the tennis courts, tennis lessons, sports academy, diving.

Entertainment: Sports and games with the animation team during the day, great shows, galas, games, and live music in the evening.

Wellness: Turkish bath, sauna, and steam bath are included. Massages, aqua therapy pool, and all other treatments and facilities in the spa center are subject to a fee.

Children's program: Baby club for the little ones aged 0-3 years with parental supervision. During the day, hourly multi-lingual mini club for children aged 4-7 in different age groups, junior club for ages 8-12, children's cinema, separate children's pools, outdoor playground, zoo, mini disco, mini shows, theme days, and children's restaurant.
