Location: The Monart City Hotel is located approximately 1.5 km from the Alanya city center; the sandy/pebble beach is about 30 meters away and can be reached by crossing a road.

Amenities: The hotel, consisting of a main building and two annexes, has a total of 181 rooms and four elevators. Amenities include a lobby with a reception area, comfortable seating areas and a lobby bar, a main restaurant, a snack bar, a pool bar, a patisserie, and a fitness room. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the property. The outdoor area features two freshwater pools with an integrated children's pool and a water slide. Sun loungers and parasols are provided free of charge here and at the hotel's private beach section, which includes a beach bar. Bath towels are available at the reception for a deposit.

Accommodation:

Superior Double Room: These modern rooms are located in the main building and feature a flat-screen TV, shower or half-bathtub/WC, bathrobe, slippers, electric kettle, and tea/coffee setup, safe, and a minibar that is stocked with soft drinks and water on the day of arrival and refilled daily with water as needed. The rooms have side sea views (D2S). Sea views (DMU) can be booked for an additional charge. Double room = Single room for sole occupancy (1SD/UME).

Comfort Double Room: The newly renovated Comfort rooms are located in the annex and additionally feature an electric kettle (coffee and tea utensils available for a fee). The rooms also include a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, rental safe, air conditioning (individually adjustable), and a balcony with land views (these rooms have 2 single beds) (2CD). Comfort rooms can also be booked with sea views (equipped with either two single beds or one double bed - DM). Double room = Single room for sole occupancy (1CD/DEM).

Cozy Double Room: The partially renovated Cozy rooms are located in the annex. These modern and comfortably furnished rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, rental safe, air conditioning (individually adjustable), and a balcony with land views (D). Double room = Single room for sole occupancy (DE).

All Inclusive:

All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, late riser breakfast, snacks during the day, and afternoon coffee/tea with pastries. Ice cream and various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as soft drinks and hot beverages, are included at the bars that are open from 10 a.m. to midnight.

Not included in All Inclusive: Imported drinks and freshly squeezed juices.

Sports included: Billiards table, table tennis, darts, and volleyball.
