Location: This hotel in Kumköy/Side is just 450 m from its private beach section, with a free shuttle service running several times a day. The ancient city of Side is 4 km away, and Manavgat is 7 km away. Numerous shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity.

Facilities: The small hotel has 176 rooms spread across a main building and four annex buildings, each with five floors. Lifts are available only in the main building and two annex buildings. Other facilities in the main building include the reception area with seating, reception desk, lobby bar, satellite TV corner, and indoor pool (weather permitting). Various shops and a hairdresser are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area. There is also a buffet restaurant with a terrace and an à la carte restaurant (included once per stay for stays of 7 days or more, with reservation). In the outdoor area, you will find a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and water slides. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and beach towels are included here and at the beach bar (from May 1st to October 31st).

Accommodation:

Double room: These cozy rooms are located in the main and annex buildings and offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning, rental safe, minibar (2 x 0.5 l water included upon arrival), coffee/tea setup, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Double room for single use (DE).

Super Saver Room: With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are located in the annex building in a less desirable location and without a balcony (SOZ).

Family Room: With similar amenities, these consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door (DF2).

All Inclusive:

All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, late riser breakfast, snacks throughout the day, coffee and tea in the afternoon, ice cream (May 1st to October 31st), flatbread and waffles on the beach (May 1st-October 31st), and various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks between 10 AM and midnight. Drinks at the beach bar from 10 AM to 5 PM (soft drinks and beer only).

Not included in All Inclusive: Imported drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices, Turkish coffee, other alcoholic drinks at the beach bar, and drinks after midnight.
