Location: The holiday accommodation is quietly located in a side street, only separated by a small side road from the well-known Kleopatra Beach. The lively center of Alanya is about 1 km away, and public transport is available.

The holiday complex offers 246 rooms spread across three buildings, each with five floors. Amenities include a lobby with reception, seating areas, and lobby bar, as well as elevators in all buildings, a main restaurant with a terrace, a satellite TV corner, a hairdresser, and an indoor pool (heated in winter). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The well-maintained outdoor area features a swimming pool (cooled and also heated in winter) with two water slides (available at certain hours) and a separate children's pool, a pool/snackbar, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included here. Beach loungers, umbrellas, and mattresses are available for a fee.

Double Room Type B: These rooms are located in Block B1 or B2 and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, individually controlled air conditioning, satellite TV with music channel, safe, minibar, tiled floor, and balcony. They are slightly smaller and have a land view (DB). Double room for single occupancy (DEB).
Double Room Type A: These rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Type B and are located in Block A with a partial sea view (DA/DEA).
All Inclusive:
All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser's breakfast. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks IM SUMMER from 10 AM to 11 PM and in winter from 10 AM to 10 PM at the respective open bars.
