Location: This stylish hotel is located on the wide pebble/sand beach of Karaburun. The town of Alanya is approx. 35 km to the east, and Manavgat is approx. 30 km to the west. Taxis and public minibus connections are available in both directions.

Facilities: The cozy holiday hotel consists of a three-story main building and several three- to five-story annexes, offering a total of 273 rooms. In the main building, our guests will find the lobby with a reception and seating area, as well as a lounge with a TV corner. Wi-Fi is included here. Furthermore, the hotel offers a buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace. The well-maintained, spacious garden area features three freshwater swimming pools with separate children's pools, two pool bars, a water slide (by the hour), a sun terrace, a sunbathing lawn, and an animation stage for evening shows. On the beach, there is a beach bar with a partially covered seating terrace. Sun loungers, cushions, and parasols are included for our guests here and at the swimming pools. Beach towels are provided free of charge against a deposit. Overall, the hotel has many stairs but is also equipped with many ramps.

Accommodation:

Double Room: The friendly furnished rooms offer two single beds or one double bed and a sofa bed, and are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning, mini-fridge, rental safe, telephone, satellite TV with music channel, and a balcony or terrace. These rooms are located in Block D and are only accessible via stairs (D). DR=SR for single use (DE).

Super Saver Room: Are identical to the double rooms and are located in a slightly less desirable position. These rooms are also located in Block D and are only accessible via stairs (SSZ). DR=SR for single use (SSE).

Double Room Superior: Are slightly more spacious and, with the same facilities as the double rooms, offer a double bed, a single bed, and a folding sofa for the 4th person, and feature garden views. (DSU). Also bookable as DR = SR for single use (DSE).

Family Room Comfort (AYTC63): With otherwise the same amenities as the family rooms, these are slightly more spacious (2FB).

Family Room: Consist of two separate bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds in the second room) with a connecting door and a bathroom, with the same amenities (DF2).

Large Double Room: Are slightly more spacious with the same amenities as the double rooms; they feature a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed for the fourth person (D2X). Also bookable as a saver room with more favorable conditions in a less preferred location (SSX). (Additionally bookable under AYTC63 with D2X/SZB.)

Family Room Type A: With similar amenities as the family rooms, these feature two double beds, one single bed, and a sofa (2FA).

All Inclusive:

All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, lunch snacks at the beach bar, afternoon snacks, coffee/tea and pastries, as well as midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10:00 a.m. to midnight at various bars included. Your mini-fridge is replenished daily with one bottle of water (0.5 l) per person. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in All Inclusive: Drinks after midnight, freshly squeezed fruit juices, special cocktails, and imported drinks.

Sports included: Fitness room, table tennis, beach volleyball, and darts.

Sports for a fee: Billiards.

Entertainment: Soft animation during the day and evening shows.

Wellness: Turkish bath, sauna, massages, and other treatments are available in the wellness area for a fee.

Children's program: Miniclub by the hour for children aged 4–12, playground, and separate children's pools.
