Location: Located directly on the Manavgat River, in the popular holiday area of Side-Titreyengöl, approximately 250m from the hotel's own pebble/sand beach. You reach the beach through a pine forest. The centre of Side with its numerous shopping and entertainment facilities, bars and restaurants is about 7 km away, and the centre of Manavgat is about 5 km away. Public transport is available.

Facilities: In addition to the 573 rooms spread across seven floors with elevators, the luxury hotel offers a large reception area with a lobby bar and comfortable seating. Wi-Fi is included in public areas and rooms. The main restaurant features an outdoor terrace (weather permitting) and there are two à la carte restaurants (reservations required, subject to availability; one of these is included with stays of seven nights or more) and a patisserie. Various shops, a game room (both for a fee), a disco, conference rooms, an indoor pool with a children's pool (heated from March 15th to April 15th, weather permitting) and a spa and wellness center. The well-maintained outdoor area includes a large freshwater swimming pool, a separate children's pool, pool and snack bars, and a separate pool with six water slides (weather permitting, May 1st - October 15th, hourly). Sun loungers and umbrellas by the pools and on the beach are included.

Accommodation:

Double Room: The modern and elegantly furnished rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe (rental), minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, LED satellite TV, laminate flooring, a balcony, and a river view (D2F). Double room for single occupancy (D1F). Rooms with pool view (PD) and sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DM). Double room for single occupancy (PDE) & (DEM).

Family Room: With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms offer an additional bedroom with a connecting door and one bathroom (DF2).

Family Room Type A: With the same amenities as the family rooms, these rooms feature two bathrooms (2FA).

Junior Suite: The Junior Suites, with the same amenities, consist of a bedroom and a living area, measuring approximately 56 m², and have a sea view (J2M).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style with a diet corner. There is also a late riser's breakfast, snacks available at certain times during the day, coffee/tea and cakes in the afternoon, ice cream, and a midnight snack or soup. All drinks are served at your table in the main restaurant. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are available around the clock at the bars that are open. The minibar is refilled daily with water, soft drinks, and beer. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Other imported drinks and freshly squeezed fruit juices.

Sports included: Fitness room (ages 16+), table tennis, beach volleyball, boccia, darts, Zumba, and aerobics.

Entertainment: Daytime activities include games and sports competitions. In the evenings, there are entertainment programs with shows in the amphitheater, occasional live music, and a disco.

Wellness: Turkish bath, steam bath, and sauna are included.

Children's program: Daily, hourly multilingual mini-club for children aged 4 to 12 years. Strollers and babysitting services are available subject to availability and for a fee.

Hotel service: Telephone and fax charges, laundry services, as well as jacuzzi, massages, and other treatments in the hotel's own spa and wellness center are available for a fee.
