Location: This modern holiday retreat is located directly on a spacious, gently sloping pebble/sand beach. The centre of Kundu, with its exclusive shopping arcades, can be reached in a few minutes' walk; the centre of Antalya is approximately 15 km away, and Antalya Airport is about 10 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

Facilities: This luxury-class hotel impresses with its extraordinary architecture and features a total of 798 rooms spread over nine floors. The many amenities include an imposing lobby with reception, modern seating areas and a lobby bar, ten panoramic elevators, the main restaurant with a terrace, additional bars, various specialty restaurants (included once per stay upon reservation and subject to availability), a patisserie, a cinema, a disco, a spacious indoor pool (also available in winter months; heating is at the hotelier's discretion), a separate children's pool, and a well-equipped wellness area. Shops, a "Gameland" with various entertainment options, an internet café, a hairdresser, and various conference rooms are available for an extra charge. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area and in the rooms. In the extensive garden area, a relax pool for adults awaits you, which is heated during the winter season depending on weather conditions. In addition, a lovingly designed freshwater pool landscape with a main pool and a separate children's pool invites you to linger. Another pool with eight water slides for adults and eight for children provides additional swimming fun – open hourly and exclusively during the summer season. Furthermore, the Delphin Aqua Serenity Aquapark (open 10 am – 6 pm, opening hours subject to weather conditions, only during the summer season) with 10 water slides for adults and 7 for children is available. Sun terraces, a pool/snack bar, and a trendy bathing pier are provided. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included around the pools, on the pier, and at the beach with its beach bar. From April 15th to October 15th, there is a quiet zone for adults in the beach area.

Winter:

- The number of restaurants may change depending on the season.

- The outdoor relax pool is heated depending on weather conditions and at the hotelier's discretion.

- Pavilions cannot be used.

- All outdoor activities do not take place.

- Sun loungers and beach towels are available on the sun terrace and at the heated outdoor pool and are included.

- Only soft animation and occasional live music during the day.

- Minibar is restocked daily with water, soft drinks, and beer.

Accommodation:

Double Room: Elegantly decorated in appealing colors, these rooms feature a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa (165x75cm), shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, coffee/tea setup, safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled and hourly), laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Sea-side rooms can be booked for an extra charge (DY2). Double room for single use (DE/DY1).

Family Room: With otherwise the same equipment as the double rooms, these feature an additional bedroom separated by a connecting door and hallway, and are located on the sea side. One double bed in the parents' room and a sofa (165x75cm), two single beds in the children's room (FY2).

Lagoon Room: These extravagant rooms are located on the sea side and offer pool views; they are located on the ground floor and feature a terrace with private access to the "lagoon pool area." Otherwise, they have the same equipment as the double rooms (LD2). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present a higher level of risk for small children.

Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen imposes a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Junior Suite Sea Side: The junior suites are more spacious and feature the same equipment as the double rooms: shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, coffee capsule machine, safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled and hourly), laminate flooring, and a larger balcony facing the sea (JM2).

Double Room Superior (AYTB53/Winter): These correspond to the double rooms (DSU/DSE). Optionally bookable with a sea view (SMS/SIS).

Double Room Interconnecting (AYTB53, only bookable in summer): These correspond to two double rooms/superior double rooms with a connecting door (CI2). Optionally bookable with partial sea view as Double Room Type A (DA) or sea-side as Double Room Type B (DB/DC).

Family Room Connecting Door: With similar equipment to the double rooms, these consist of two rooms (FAV).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from extensive buffets, late-riser breakfast, Sunday brunch with sparkling wine, various snacks, pastries, and ice cream throughout the day, as well as a midnight snack. Room service is free of charge from 1 am to 6 am. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some import drinks, are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is restocked daily with water, soft drinks, beer, mineral water, wine, milk, chips, crackers, and chocolate. Wearing an Ultra All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Some drinks in the à la carte restaurants as well as other import drinks from the beverage cart.

Sports included: Tennis during the day on an artificial turf court (with reservation), rental of tennis equipment (for a deposit), floodlights (reservation), table tennis, darts, aerobics, and a fitness room.

Sports for a fee: Tennis lessons, billiards, and bowling.

Entertainment: During the day, varied entertainment with sports and games, as well as varied evening entertainment programs in the amphitheater, occasional revue nights, live music, and a disco.

Wellness: Sauna, steam bath, and Turkish bath are included.

Children's program: Multilingual mini-club during the day (hourly) for children aged 4 to 12. Small Luna Park (in summer at certain times, included), playground, and children's buffet at dinner. Stroller rental, baby monitors, and milk warmers available for a deposit, subject to availability. Baby cots are available free of charge upon request and subject to availability.

Hotel services: Telephone and fax charges, laundry service, room service (6 am – 1 am), pavilions, as well as massages, whirlpool, all other treatments, and some facilities in the wellness area are for an extra charge.
