Location: The modern comfort hotel is located only approx. 75 m from the long pebble beach in the Kemer holiday area, separated by a side road. It is about 300 m to the center of Kemer with its many shopping and entertainment options. Public minibus and taxi connections are available not far from the hotel.

Amenities: The appealing holiday hotel consists of six floors with a total of 356 rooms (three lifts available). In addition to a modern lobby with reception, comfortable seating, and a lobby bar, the hotel has a main restaurant with a terrace (weather permitting), various à-la-carte restaurants, and several bars. Furthermore, the hotel offers guests a hairdresser, several shops, a mini-market, four conference rooms, and a fully equipped spa, health, and beauty center for a fee. Wi-Fi is included in general hotel areas and in the rooms. The beautifully landscaped gardens offer two freshwater swimming pools in summer, one of which features an aquapark (available at certain hours) and a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels (upon presentation of a towel card) are provided free of charge for our guests at the pool and on the beach.

Winter

- Indoor pool (Nov 1–Mar 31, weather permitting) is equipped with a separate children's pool.

- Sun loungers and beach towels on the sun terrace are included subject to weather conditions and the hotelier's discretion.

- Entertainment program consists only of soft animation.

- No jacuzzi available.

- Beach is not in operation

Accommodation:

Double room: The modern and comfortably furnished rooms with one French bed and one single bed are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi, safe, carpeted floor, and balcony (D). Rooms with side sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DMS). DR=SR for single use (DE/DES).

Super saver room: Identical to the double rooms on the land side, but in a less preferred location (SSZ). DR=SR for single use (SSE).

(Also bookable under AYTC13 as a single room, but only at a special price. Room assignment is at the discretion of the hotelier.)

Large double room: With the same equipment as the double rooms, they additionally feature a bunk bed (D2X).

Family room: With the same equipment elements as the double rooms on the land side, these feature an additional separate bedroom with two single beds and an interconnecting door (DF2).

Comfort room (Winter '24/25): With similar equipment to the double rooms, these are located on the land side (2CD).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer): Breakfast, late-riser breakfast, lunch and dinner from the buffet (including diet buffet), various snacks throughout the day, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream hour, and midnight snack. Some à-la-carte restaurants are free of charge and do not require a reservation. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Selected imported drinks are also available free of charge from 10 am to midnight. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks upon arrival and refilled daily.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive (Summer): All imported drinks from midnight to 10 am as well as bottled drinks, selected imported drinks, freshly squeezed juices, international wines and luxury spirits, additional dinners in à-la-carte restaurants.

Ultra All Inclusive (Winter): Breakfast, late-riser breakfast, lunch and dinner from the buffet. Various snacks are served throughout the day. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the open bars; selected imported drinks are available from 10 am to midnight at selected bars. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks upon arrival and refilled daily.

Sports included: Tennis with own equipment during the day on a hard court, basketball, table tennis, fitness room, as well as water polo, aqua aerobics, aerobics, and darts.

Sports for a fee: Tennis in the evening with floodlights, tennis racket rental.

Entertainment: Daytime games and sports animation, evening entertainment program on the animation stage, and occasional live music.

Wellness: Turkish bath, two saunas, and steam bath are included. Massage, use of the spa pool, as well as all facilities and treatments in the well-equipped spa center are for a fee.

Children's program: Multi-lingual miniclub (by the hour) for children from 4 to 12 years, playground, and children's buffet at lunch and dinner.

Hotel service: Telephone and fax charges, room service, medical treatments, babysitting and stroller rental on request, and laundry service for a fee.
