Location: The hotel is situated on a steeply sloping sand/pebble beach, partly with rock slabs (swimming shoes recommended) and features a hotel-owned bathing jetty. The center of Konakli is approx. 3 km away, and Alanya with its numerous shopping and entertainment facilities can be reached in approx. 12 km. Taxi and public bus connections are available near the hotel.

Facilities: With a total of 331 rooms, the complex is set in extensive gardens and comprises a main building with four floors and several rows of bungalows with two floors. Hotel facilities in the main building include the reception hall with a reception desk, lobby bar, and cozy seating areas, a satellite TV room, and various shops (for a fee), a conference room, and a hairdresser. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel. The spacious garden houses the main restaurant with a terrace, the entertainment stage, two freshwater swimming pools, one with two water slides (seasonal/weather permitting), two separate children's pools, sun terraces, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and beach towels are included here and at the beach with its own beach bar and bathing jetty; changes may incur a fee.

Accommodation:

Double Room Type A (Summer 2025): The cheerfully decorated rooms in the main or secondary building offer a bath/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box (rental), satellite TV with music channel, mini-fridge, individually controlled air conditioning, tiled flooring, and a balcony. They can accommodate a maximum of 2+2 or 3+1 persons (DA). Double room for single use (DEA).

Double Room: The cheerfully decorated rooms are located in the main or secondary building and offer a bath/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box (rental), satellite TV with music channel, mini-fridge, electric kettle, and coffee/tea making facilities, individually controlled air conditioning, tiled flooring, and a balcony. They can accommodate a maximum of 2+1 or 3+0 persons (D). Double room for single use (DE).

Villa: Located in the garden area, these rooms are slightly larger than the double rooms and have the same amenities (V2).

Large Double Room (from Summer 2014): Similar amenities to the double rooms but more spacious, accommodating a maximum of 2+2 persons (D2X).

All Inclusive:

All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Turkish snacks during the day, coffee/tea and cake in the afternoon. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the bars when open, from 10 am to 12 am. Your mini-bar is replenished with water daily. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Not included in All Inclusive: Drinks after 12 am, cocktails, Turkish coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, energy drinks, and imported beverages.

Sports included: Tennis court (daytime only, hard surface), table tennis, fitness room, and darts.

Entertainment: Daytime entertainment program with games and sports, evening shows.

Wellness: Sauna, Turkish bath, massages, and all treatments at the wellness center are available for a fee.

Children's program: Hourly kids' club for children aged 4 to 12 with multilingual supervision and a children's playground.

Hotel service: Laundry/ironing service and doctor service (hourly) as well as telephone and fax charges are available for a fee.
