Location: The holiday property is only separated from the sandy/pebble beach (with rock slabs in some places) by the beach promenade and is located directly opposite the ancient excavation sites of Side. The resort of Side is only approx. 500 m away and can be reached on foot along a small beach promenade. There are also shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

Facilities: The complex, which is particularly popular with German-speaking guests, consists of 203 bungalows. Facilities include a small lobby with a reception and lobby bar; Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire complex. Further facilities include a games room, hairdresser, and a mini-market (each for a fee), amphitheatre, additional bars, and a patisserie. The air-conditioned main restaurant is located on the beach promenade, offering a magnificent view of the sea from the terrace. The two à-la-carte restaurants (subject to weather conditions from May 15th to October 1st, for a fee) are located in the garden area. In the well-kept garden of the hotel, there is a freshwater swimming pool and a children's pool with a water slide, sun terraces, as well as a pool/snack bar and a beach bar. Sun loungers, parasols, bath towels, and cushions are available free of charge at both the pool and the beach.

Accommodation:

Double Room Type A: These friendly furnished wooden and stone houses feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), satellite TV, minibar, kettle with tea/coffee, rental safe, a French bed or two single beds, and a terrace (D So' 25/DA So' 26). DZ=EZ for single use (DEA). In So' 25, bookable as a Double Room Type B (limited contingent) with a minimum occupancy of 2+1 or 3+0 (DB).

Super Saver Room (So' 25): Identical to the Double Room Type A (SSZ).

Family Room: Equipped with the same features as the Double Room Type A, but with a separate bedroom with a connecting door (DF2).

All Inclusive:

All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the varied buffet, late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon in the patisserie, and midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the currently open bars from 10 am to midnight. Soft drinks and beer at the beach bar during the day. The minibar is restocked daily with soft drinks and water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in All Inclusive: Freshly squeezed fruit juices, imported drinks, all bottled drinks, and all drinks after midnight.

Sports included: Table tennis and fitness room.

Entertainment: Several times a week, daytime animation with sports and games, and occasional evening entertainment programs.

Wellness: Sauna and Turkish bath are included. Massages and other treatments are for a fee.

Children's program: Mini club (hourly) for children from 4 to 12 years (partial German-speaking supervision) and baby cots upon request.

Hotel service: Laundry service, doctor service, and telephone/fax charges are each for a fee.
