Location: The 2021 hotel is located in Kumköy, approximately 450 meters from the sandy beach. Various shopping and entertainment options can be found in Side and are easily accessible after approximately 5 km via public transport or taxi.

Facilities: The hotel complex of the Kirman Group offers a total of 420 rooms spread over five floors served by elevators. Various amenities include the elegant lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas and an elegant lobby, and a game hall. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex. Furthermore, the hotel offers a buffet restaurant, two à-la-carte restaurants (upon prior reservation; one visit to one of the two à-la-carte restaurants is included for stays of at least 7 nights), and a disco (open on specific days). Diverse shops, a mini-market (each for a fee), a wellness area, and an indoor pool with a separate activity pool for children and a separate children's pool, as well as a sun terrace with a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and bath towels are included for our guests at the pools and on the beach.

All indoor and outdoor facilities and offerings of the hotel are only open depending on weather conditions, availability, and at the hotelier's discretion.

Accommodation:

Double room: The tastefully furnished rooms feature one French bed and one single bed, and offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, minibar, air conditioning (hourly, central), laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with partial sea view can be booked at an extra charge (DMS). DR=SR for single use (DE/DES).

Superior double room: Equipped similarly to the double rooms, these also feature an additional sofa bed and have land view (DSU). Sea view can be booked at an extra charge (DMU).

Family room: With similar equipment to the double rooms, these consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door. One room offers a double bed, the other room two single beds, each with a bathroom, LCD satellite TV, and air conditioning (hourly, central) (DF2). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an extra charge (F2M).

Ultra All Inclusive: Enjoy rich buffets for breakfast, late-riser breakfast, and dinner. Lunch is available at the snack restaurant and, during the high season, in the main restaurant. During the day, tea, coffee, and pastries are provided. Various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars (some imported drinks are included). Premium minibar (the premium minibar contains a bottle of malt beer, a 37.5 cl bottle of red wine, 20 cl imported whiskey, Nescafe Express Cold Coffee, soda, Sprite, a can of cola, Fanta, iced tea, orange and cherry juice, water, chips, chocolate on the first day of arrival; further refills will be filled with bottles of beer, malt, water, and non-alcoholic drinks).

Sports included: Table tennis, table football, darts, aerobics, step, boccia, billiards, and a fitness room.

Entertainment: Daily evening shows in the amphitheater, daytime animation with games and sports, occasionally beach, pool, and garden parties, gala evening, and live music.

Wellness: Turkish bath and sauna are included. Massages and other treatments are for a fee.

Children's program: Daytime miniclub for children between 4-12 years, minidisco, mini-cinema, and playground.
