Location: The resort hotel is located in Oba near Alanya and is separated from the sandy/pebble beach by approx. 250 meters. The lively center of Alanya with many shopping and entertainment options is approx. 2.5 km away; public transport is available nearby.

Facilities: The hotel complex has 185 rooms distributed across two buildings, each with 5 floors. The interior includes a lobby with cozy seating areas, a lobby bar, Wi-Fi (inclusive in the lobby, for a fee in the rooms), a reception, a buffet restaurant, and a spa center. The outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, 2 water slides for adults, and two more for small children (operated hourly). Sun loungers, cushions, and sun umbrellas are available free of charge at the beach (with beach bar) and by the pool.

Superior double room: With the same facilities as the double rooms but more spacious (approx. 20-40 m²) (DSU). EZ=DZ for single occupancy (DSE). In summer 26, pool view can be booked for an extra charge (DSP). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DST).

Superior family room: With similar facilities to the double rooms, these consist of 2 rooms (with a connecting door) and offer a double bed in one room and two single beds in the other (F2U). In summer 26, pool view can be booked for an extra charge (FP2).
