Location: The holiday residence is located in the midst of a very beautiful garden, separated from the gently sloping sandy beach only by the popular beach promenade. The town center of Side, with its numerous shopping and entertainment venues, is approx. 1.5 km away. Public minibus connections and a taxi stand are located directly in front of the complex.

Facilities: Summer:

The stylish holiday hotel offers a total of 261 rooms spread across two buildings, each with four floors. The reception area consists of a lobby with comfortable seating, a lobby bar with a terrace, and a reception desk. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel area. Facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace featuring show cooking, various à-la-carte restaurants (unlimited use subject to availability and with prior reservation), several bars, and a patisserie. An indoor pool (heatable) open in winter, a conference room, and various shops are available for a fee. In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a pool bar, a snack bar, and a sun terrace. Bath towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are included here and at the beach. For adults, there is a separate beach zone and a mobile-phone-free zone in the buffet restaurant. Drink service at the beach in summer (9 am – 5 pm). Dining options from 8 am to 11 pm in a restaurant next to the pool bar in the outdoor area.

Winter:

- Two à-la-carte restaurants are open.

- À-la-carte breakfast is not available.

- Heated indoor pool with separate children's pool and direct pool access to the communal pool; the pool of the swim-up rooms is not heated.

- In the outdoor area, only the pool bar is open (weather permitting).

- Bath towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are included in the pool area.

- Beach section not open and no food/drink service available.

- Rental of tennis equipment, beach volleyball, and bocce is not available.

Accommodation:

Superior double room with side sea view: The modern rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, bathrobe, slippers, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, mini Nespresso machine, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, sofa, laminate flooring, and balcony with a side sea view (D2S). Can be booked with pool & side sea view for an additional charge (DSP). Double room = single room for sole use (1SD/DST).

Deluxe room: With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious with a French bed, sofa, iron and ironing board included in the facilities, and offer a sea view (2DM/Wi26/27 DDM). Double room = single room for sole use (1DM).

Family room: With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious with a shower/WC, a French bed, and an area with two single beds for children, separated by a sliding door. Iron and ironing board are included in the facilities. The rooms also offer a side sea view (FS2).

Double room Swim-Up: Offering the same amenities, these include a terrace and direct pool access to the shared private pool (in winter, heated weather permitting and at the discretion of the hotelier) (SWD). Iron and ironing board are included in the facilities. Also bookable as a single room (SWE). For safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen prohibits children under six years of age from staying in these rooms.

Penthouse Suite: In addition to the same amenities as the double rooms, these suites are slightly larger and offer a French bed, a sofa, a dressing area with an iron/ironing board, shower/WC with two sinks, a spacious balcony with a whirlpool, sun loungers, and umbrellas, as well as a side sea view (PHS).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast with fruit juices, lunch, dinner, and late breakfast from the buffet, as well as à-la-carte breakfast. During the day snacks and scoop ice cream, in the afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, as well as midnight snacks and sandwiches from 12 am to 2 am. Some imported drinks and various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available at the respective open bars at certain times and at the lobby bar 24 hours a day. The minibar is replenished once daily with water, soft drinks, and beer. Furthermore, a "vegan and gluten-free corner" is available during meal times in the main restaurant.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Other imported drinks and special wines from the menu.

Sports included: One hard tennis court. Rental of tennis equipment and balls free of charge. Fitness center, table tennis, beach volleyball, and darts.

Sports for a fee: Tennis at night with floodlights.

Entertainment: Daytime sports activities, evening entertainment shows or live music.

Wellness: Turkish bath and sauna are included; massages and other treatments are available for a fee in the spa center.

Children's program: Miniclub for children aged 4-12 years (hourly). Bary-Star concept for toddlers aged 0-3 years upon request. Cot, Maxi-Cosi, stroller, bib, changing mat, baby bathtub, potty/seat, baby shampoo and lotion, as well as washcloth, electric kettle, bottle warmer, and stroller included. The opening hours of the miniclub are from 10 am to 11 pm between June 1st and September 30th.
