Location: The resort is located near the holiday region of Okurcalar; the hotel's own bathing platform is easily accessible via an elevator. Side and Alanya can be conveniently reached by taxi or public transport. The distance to Antalya Airport is approximately 95 km.

Facilities: This family-friendly holiday residence has 421 rooms spread across two building sections. Amenities include a lobby with a reception, elevators, a lobby bar, and seating areas. Further facilities include a main restaurant, various à-la-carte restaurants (by reservation and for a fee), bars, a spa area, and an indoor pool (seasonal). Conference rooms and shopping facilities are available for a fee. The spacious and well-maintained outdoor area features a pool landscape with an aqua park and various slides, a wave pool, a separate children's aqua park with slides, and a rafting pool (for a fee, each weather-dependent/hourly), as well as sun terraces and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and bath towels are included here and at the beach with its beach/snack bar. Wi-Fi is free throughout the entire property.

Family Room: With similar facilities to the double rooms, these consist of two rooms (a bedroom and a living room) with a connecting door and are approx. 46 m² in size (DF2). Sea view is bookable for an extra charge (F2M).

Suite: With similar facilities to the double rooms, these consist of two rooms with a connecting door and are approx. 56 m² in size (S2). Sea view is bookable for an extra charge (S2M).

Super Saver Room: With similar facilities to the double rooms, but in a less preferred location (SSZ). DR=SR for single use (SSE).

All Inclusive:

Ultra All Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style, snacks during the day, coffee/tea and cake in the afternoon, and midnight soup. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the Laguna Bar 24 hours a day. Your minibar is stocked with soft drinks upon arrival and is refilled daily with water.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive: Freshly squeezed fruit juices, bottled drinks, as well as luxury drinks.
